After all the hype about this place, had to try it. Wish we hadn’t! The reality does not live up to the legend. Very average food that tasted like it came out of a can or the frozen section. Waited for salad bowl to be refilled and it never happened. No tortillas ready in their Mexican section. Cold pizza that tasted like spaghetti sauce was used. Ended up with chicken, shrimp and dessert were the best offerings. You can get the same food and quality at about any Chinese buffet for half the price. Canolli was the best thing they offered! Even their Creme Brulee was tasteless. Very disappointing.

We’re on our way there now! We eat here often. It’s a 30 minute drive from Kalamazoo and it’s well worth it. The entire staff is awesome. The food is always great and they have a nice selection. The crème brûlée is my favorite! This buffet has some of the nicest servers I’ve ever met. Great job

I read the reviews before we went to this buffet and at the time I read it a 3.8 rating and lots of talk of how the food was not good. Well everything I ate was excellent and the service was top notch. I would have gave 5 stars but I didn’t like how the buffet was served as you have them fill up your plate for you. However the food and the service was 5 stars and very good. Don’t let the reviews stop you from trying this buffet out as it is a great value for the price and I would go back.

If it weren’t for the crab legs on Sunday, I would not be here. This is a glorified Golden Corral. It took us 3 hours and some change to get seated. The food is literally nothing special – can’t even tell you my favorite thing because nothing stood out. I like the concept, the food being cooked right in front of you and it being set out in pans. The different regions they cover. It’s a neat concept. The execution is lazy. Meh. Maybe in a few years I’ll be back.

Long line, unbelievable that they don’t have a text system for when your table is ready, line would be impossible for anyone with a disability/handicap. Food was good and fresh but odd food selections. Italian food was overcooked and having bratwurst and sauerkraut as the American items is disappointing.
