Terrible service and the food was not worth the price. We visited at 11:30am and the restaurant was empty the entire time and the reason was obvious after about 10 minutes in. Our server was more interested in her phone than taking our order. We received a bowl of tomato flavored water instead of salsa. The plated food was beautiful but that did not make up for the obviously canned chicken flavor. We will never visit here again.

It’s 3 pm and we are the only patrons in here. Of the three people who have given us minimal attention, we cannot get someone to come back to simply fill our waters or bring us salsa.

I just ate there with my wife. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. My wife said her meal was fantastic! I ordered the burrito loco and it was one of the best burritos that I’ve eaten in the past five years. I highly recommend El Sombrero.

The chicken quesadilla was flavorful. The Pina fajita lacked flavor and was very dry. This dish was about presentation only. They forgot about the flour tortillas that comes with the dish. We had to ask for that 2 times. Service was lacking. No water refills. Only one waitress for 8 tables. We had to ask for our check 3 times.

Gave order Young lady did not understand English, beef nachos we asked over and over no onions, and if to persons could split the beef nachos was told yes. Paid 16.dollars and so change. Manger walked past us said high, waited for food to come out. Got food went down 2 doors went to eat are food very small portion not enough for one person. Had onions in the meal, went back asked them to make one without onions. Young lady took are order denied we were even there very rude. Manger denied saying hello to us or even seeing us. Don’t be deceived by the strip mall, this place is the real deal! The food was great. The menu is a little overwhelming, but that’s my only complaint. It’s clean, nicely decorated, relaxed. The food was great. The servers were dancing a little salsa when they thought no one was looking. Did I mention the food was really good?

It’s a nice atmosphere, how ever you come to a restaurant for good food and this place is slightly more Mexican then taco bell. The salsa tasted like they came out of a jar. The spicy salsa was super cold temp wise the slice was hardly spicy for Mexican cuisine. I would not recommend this place and the prices aren’t the cheapest either. We ate the chimmconga
