I live closer to another location, but I always choose this location because of the service and quality of food. However, yesterday I went through drive through, waited 5 minutes ( only 1 car in front of me, no one behind me)I ordered 2 beef taquito orders, 1 taco 2 fries. Pretty simple order. I even repeated it once when I ordered; and cashier repeated it at window. I waited another 5 or 6 minutes before my food was ready. Receipt was correct. Got home… about to eat and realized both orders of taquitos were chicken. Not a big deal I thought. WRONG! Disgusting!! Tasted like frozen food from the grocery store. Tried to call. No answer. Maybe I have to choose another location… Dissatisfied .

Unfortunately the customer service was GREAT but the food was HORRIBLE. The enchiladas were dry.. no sauce whatsoever and I’m not sure what kind of cheese they use but it’s rubbery. The beans were thick and dry with NO flavor at all (tasted like they were old and from a can). Although the tacos were well portioned the meat had NO flavor and again the cheese was gross. I will NEVER eat at this location and DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. So disappointing! And a waste of $16+

I have been here 5 It’s times in Last three and a half months. I think that my order is pretty simple but they have got it wrong 3 of the 5 times. I order a tahoe burrito with no onions and no tomatoes. They always end up putting the onions and the tomatoes on the burrito even after they Repeat the order back to me. This last time really did it for me because I waited In line a total of twenty minutes because I had to go back in line to have them fix my order During a shift change And the lady had the nerve to doubt that I was telling the truth until she seemed the gigantic onions and tomatoes on the burrito. They didn’t offer anything to make it right besides to give me besides a new burrito. but now i’ve wasted twenty minutes plus in your drive through.. I really don’t expect anything for free but for you to waste that much of my time and doubt what i’m telling you is pretty funny. Twenty minutes for a burrito It’s pretty absurd. Me being me I was still polite but I was pretty frustrated
