Taking a break from this location. I’ve been going to this location for almost 4 years now. Never have I had to return my drink to have it remade as much as I do now. There is zero consistency and I order the SAME EXACT drink multiples times a week. The new staff here just doesn’t make drinks right at all. I have to hope I get lucky and I just bare with it if its not too bad. When I do get it remade its the same issue they’ll either make the drink bitter as ever and not put the right amount of pumps of liquid cane sugar or they’ll give me the crumbs of the strawberry inclusions instead of opening a new pack of strawberries when they’re low. Resulting in an ENTIRE cup of seeds. No drink that includes strawberries should look as nasty as the photo attached below. On top of the drink being completely bitter and nasty. Even when it was remade I could of honestly just ordered a water because there were ZERO pumps of liquid cane in the remade drink. I ended up just driving to another location after that. I won’t be back here for a long time. Idk what is up with the new staff but it’s terrible.

Come here everyday before work. Today I placed my mobile order and when I arrived to the store the door was locked. I could see my drink on the counter so I knocked and one of the employees waved me away. I had to wait 15 minutes in the drive through line for an order I could see from the front door. If your store is closed maybe turning off mobile order would cause less confusion/frustration. Staff seems to not care about anything other than their personal conversations

There is no balance between servicing people in the store versus the people at the drive through. As the second person in line, I waited 15 minutes to order inside. Five people working today, one is acknowledging the people inside. Not friendly or what one thinks of in regards to other Starbucks. If the order wasn’t for my wife on Mother’s Day, there’s no way I would have stayed. Big managerial red flags here.

20 min wait in drive thru – which is not a problem for a large order or a major line of cars ahead of me. But no – its was 2 cars in front of me and staff were chatting with driver and high fiving. By the time it was my turn there were 6 cars behind me. #Shameful

Walked into this Starbucks for a quick bite and coffee. They were five employees inside. We’re wish you were running around doing only to go orders and drive-through orders. Waited five minutes before anybody helped us.

After waiting on line countless times to only be disappointed in the drinks and service it’s time to move onto mom and pop coffee shops. It’s actually hilarious that Starbucks employees are constantly striking for better wages when none of them can even do their job correctly

Payed 5 dollars for this!!!! The rest was foam that filled the cup. And on top of that they made me wait about 3 minutes to take my order when I was the only one waiting. I was very patient and didn’t complain but at least I expected not to be robbed of my money by giving me a half drink at least!
