Danica made my order so easy! She went through each item and what came with it and I added and subtracted what I wanted….. So simple I know but, it’s hard to order a taco with no lettuce and it be right sometimes. The communication was just completely on point. I seem the same service and politeness with everyone she encountered while I was there also.

Worst Taco Bell ever I ordered my husband the two chicken chaulpa meal plain with nacho cheese and shedded cheese and then I got the deluxe box… I checked my husband’s dinner because he will not eat that stuff and the first one I got out had everything on it so I told them that’s not the way I ordered it.. in the beginning a lady was taking my order and half way thru the man finished I ask for added nacho cheese on mine and no sour cream.. the man smarted off that’s what way I ordered it I said excuse me you took my order the other lady placed the first part so they remade the chauplas… Very smarty like so I get to the truck and the chaupla in my meal was plain and one of the ones in the other bag was plain and everything of mine had sour cream.. I have worked in the hospital most of my life however I have also worked at Kmart and thru a couple phone companies and let me tell you I have never been spoken to that way… The chicken also tasted old and dry one piece could not even chew… Needless to say this Taco Bell will not be getting any more business for us..

I’ve never had an issue here before but I went today and got a chicken quesadilla and it for one had lettuce and tomato on it when quesadillas don’t even come with that and secondly the cheese wasn’t melted. it was literally shredded cheese. very disappointed but i’ll definitely be back because i love taco bell.

We waited over 30 minutes on 01/09/22. From 3:24PM to 3:57PM. We wanted to contact the owner of this store but they refused to give us a receipt. Everyone was working very slow.

Every time I order something vegetarian from this restaurant in particular, they give me meat. I don’t eat meat, so I end up with food I can’t eat. I order the vegetarian items listed on the menu 90% of the time, so it’s not like I’m asking them to change ingredients in an order. This is dangerous to people with good allergies because meat allergies exist! The franchise owner of this location seemingly doesn’t care about that, and doesn’t regulate the quality and complaints they receive. Taco Bell corporate doesn’t care, either. I’ve complained and complained to corporate over this only to be ignored. I don’t get why they won’t address it.

I really like the new chicken sandwich. We’ve gotten them twice. The first time the sandwiches had an actual chicken tender. The second time, they gave us an overcooked nugget. We ordered 8. If they continue like this, we won’t buy them anymore. Disappointed. We were there 09/12/21 7:20 pm. I called the manager and he apologized and will replace them. I really just want them done correctly, because I really like them.

Again I went to taco Bell to see things had gotten better. Well it had not. The ice machine out on the floor was still not working. Then the debit / credit card reader was down. I had ordered my usual the taco salad I always want chicken not beef. I was charged extra for the chicken also it took a good minute for the employee understand what I was ordering.5/21/ 22. Went again to see if things had changed. Again it had not . Finished the order at 6:20pm. Didnt receive order till about 10min later. Order# was 233888. The power bowls have gotten smaller. Just bring the TACO SALAD. BACK.
