They take forever to make the food and they take forever to get people their food. All they did was stand around not doing anything but talking and being on their phones. they were getting a lot of phone calls and they didn’t answer the phone. I waited 30 minutes and I went to get my money back. Pizza Hut could make food quicker and I’m just gonna there instead.

I can’t blame anybody but me for going back like a bad relationship. 3 orders ago they forgot desert( so we called and we had to go pick it up ) 2 orders ago I ordered and pretzel crust and they sent a pizza that had no sauce and was burned ( so I vowed never to go back)and for my last order they forgot 2 orders of crazy bread and never could get anyone to answer the phone(store help kept redirecting). So this last effort was my fault and I won’t be back

Said my order would be here in 40 minutes. Driver was there in 5… waited and waited….after 40 minutes it said order canceled and they closed! I haven’t eaten in 2 days, borrowed the money to get this food, now I have no food and no money to eat, because I have to wait for my refund.

I waited on the driver Torres from 8:18 pm until 8:50 pm said he was at the store. I called customer service and told them to cancel! I was told that they can’t cancel it it shows the driver is at the store. They can try to keep the money but I will dilute and get it back. RIP OFF!!

I ordered pepperoni pizza with onions and green pepper and crazy bread today. Feb 26,22. Picked up in store and when i got home this is what it looked like. My crazy bread was also raw inside. Very unacceptable no matter how busy. They would not answer their phones for over three hours and finally gave up. I will never order from them again.

Staff very slow and unorganized always. Never have any hot and ready anything, and always get cold food wether it’s morning noon or night I don’t recommend any one go here if you would like a warm and good tasting pizza. This is definitely not the pizzaria for you!!!!!!

I went inside to place my order approximately 30 minutes prior to closing. The workers were all on task. The young lady attending to the counter was very polite and mannerly. My specialty pizza was ready in 5 minutes. She bid me a good evening and I felt that her sentiment was genuine. It was the most pleasant experience I can remember having whilst picking up carry-out.
