Wanted both of my pizzas to have the original crust. Got home…baked them and turned out we got thin crust. Wouldn’t of been bad but being the wrong crust we baked them to long and they were really crunchy. The quality of the help and the food has gone way down since the whole pandemic in 2020. I hope the help gets better and the quality of the product gets better soon.

I come here almost every week I LOVE(d) Papa Murphy’s… But one time I came late and (he said his name was Mandela) Mandela has the most negative energy being near his monotone voice and crabbing attitude puts me in the mood, then after I got my pizza he said the rudest thing ever “come in earlier next time” he didn’t say it in a friendly aprochable understandable way he said it in the most rude aweful way ever. Otherwise Cynthia, Alex and lu are very nice aprochable hard workers, though I won’t be coming here again :/.

They don’t take American express. Why? Because it’s more expensive to provide that. Ok. Since I only had an American express card and am not the primary, I couldn’t set up atm use to pay. OK. Since I drove 30 minutes, I had my girlfriend call in to pay over the phone. They wouldn’t do it. They said they were too busy and my girlfriend said “it was the dumbest conversation of my life”. Great. Now I have to sit in my car for 30 minutes after ordering online from the parking lot in order to bring home pizza. Pretty stupid, guys, pretty stupid.

Refused to make a pizza because I was going to be a minute past their closing hours. This is not good customer service. I’m all about staying home and cooking a great meal… but sometimes the day is too long an u need dinner quick when you’re in a pinch. How disappointing. I work the food industry myself. You stay until the work is done. If someone calls BEFORE close… you stay open to fill that order. Not say “we have to close the doors at 8.” These younger generations are getting more and more lazy with no work ethic or ambition. #frustrated I’m sure if I called headquarters they’d have no problem taking my money.

Awful customer service. Hours online say it opens at 10am but a sign on the door said Spring Hours 11am. Isn’t July considered “summer hours?” When I mentioned it to Isaiah, he rudely said, “Well they are wrong online.” He was very impatient about taking my order. I asked for the $8.00 thin crust meat pizza. He told me it came with 3 meats. I said I only wanted sausage and cheese. Isaiah said, “That will cost you more money because we can’t special order the $8.00 pizza.” I said, “But I will be saving you money because I don’t want the other meats on the pizza and I’m not asking for extra sausage.” He said, “Can’t help you, it’s still more money.”

Today I want to Papa Murphy’s in Rhinelander, WI and got a salad and they gave me expired dressing. Normally I will eat dressing and other certain foods that are passed the expiration date. However, what really got me was while I was in there one of the employees quietly asked one of the other employees a question about the dressing. I couldn’t hear what was said and when the other employee verified that it would be fine I didn’t think anything of it… that is until I got home and saw it was expired. Im sorry but I feel like it is totally unacceptable to knowingly give costumers expired food and just hope they don’t notice. I really love Papa Murphy’s pizza but was extremely disappointed with their staff’s decision today.
