Lousy service, and the food was put together terribly. I ordered a regular cheeseburger, and they added so much ketchup and mustard that I couldn’t even wipe enough off to make it edible. It would also be nice if employees could at least pretend they aren’t hating every second of their day at work.

It’s Me

Normally I go to McDonald’s, but decided to go to Burger King tonight since it had been over a year or so. First off, I couldn’t even see the menu in the drive thru & had to use the flashlight on my phone. Then the person at the window didn’t explain or apologize in any way for the lights being off on the signs & was very matter of fact with me when I mentioned the lights being out. He took my money. handed me my food & then slammed the window shut and walked away! In addition, I wasn’t even given a receipt with my order. And lastly, my sandwich wasn’t even hot when I got home 2 mins later! This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to!!! Won’t be going there again!!! Wish we could give negative stars on here!

Worst customer service. I ask the guy on the intercom(BTW he was the manager) that I want a 2 for $6 deal which I see a picture for a sourdough king, double quarter pounder or a spicy chicken sandwich. So I begin to say that’s what I want and he just keeps repeating whopper or chicken. So I start to explain the situation and he just keeps repeating whopper or chicken in a condescending tone while I overhear him laughing. I get to the window and he laughs and walks away and has another employee hand me the food. Whoever hired this guy needs to rethink it. Poor customer service and I won’t be back.

Terrible service. I had to wait for over twenty minutes to get my food. And then had to listen to the cashier talk about her family problems. She was very matter of fact and didn’t want to be there. I will not be going back. The bad part was I was there only customer so I’m really not sure what took so long.

I love Burger King’s fries. Clearly they beat the competition with superior taste. They are thicker than the rest so you feel like you’re eating something of substance. The app is a great way to get some awesome deals. I ordered the double cheeseburger combo meal for just $3. I had them add mayo, lettuce and tomato which made it perfect. I miss the Fruit Loop shake. Also miss the Satisfries. Lastly, when will BK Lounge open 24 hours?
