the shorty that took my order was hella rude. just because she’s hot don’t mean she has to be rude i am a paying customer. Not only was her attitude unbelievably rude, i asked for a cup holder because i had ordered a drink from them but also had two drinks of my own, she gonna say “ i mean you only have one drink ”. i don’t know if this is the way popeyes is taught to treat employees but as a customer service worker, that is completely unacceptable. If i’m paying for my food i should be able to get treated with respect. The food was good and the other lady worker was really sweet, but she needs to re evaluate her attitude with customers. This is the fastest way to lose customers.

I order here far to many times than I would have liked. This is the 3rd and finale time I will be going there. One day I placed an order for the 8pc chicken (legs, wings, breast etc) I came home and when I opened the box they gave chicken tenders. I can’t even call them chicken tenders it was just skin. I called them and they told me to bring the food back and they will give me my original order. The second time I order chicken again it was the 8pc they didn’t inform me they only had breast. This time I check in the parking lot. I when back inside and said that I only received breast that’s when they stated that’s all they had and nothing else. The last straw for me was when I order the spicy chicken sandwich and when I looked at it it wasn’t even the regular chicken breast. It looked like left over BBQ ribs on a bun with sauce on it.

Very crowded, parking lot instructions for the number of businesses there. Bikers taking up most of the lot. Staff friendly enough but overwhelmed by the amount of business. Very overpriced.

I haven’t came to this Popeyes in over 2 years due to a terrible experience with a cashier there i eventually came back to get some food and it looked way better the hispanic lady at the cashier is a literal sweet heart she’s super kind and the food was really good

Worst location. The manager is unprofessional and plain ghetto. I stood there to order my food and she had a whole conversation with the coworkers while I’m waiting to order. Had no regard for me like she didn’t want to be there. Told me all my food was in the bag and still forgot my biscuit, had to drive all the way back and she still didn’t apologize just blamed in on the other workers. Thats some “leader”. I have a long background in hospitality and service and I have to say this place is the definition of unorganized and trashy.

Last time I was at the restaurant two of the worker was fighting. The cashier who served me was a bit aggressive. The french fry very cold. It was a long line to receive the food. Horrible.

Today I ordered the buffalo ranch sandwich for the first time to hear about the hype I received it and just got the original sandwich and got really disappointed. I recommend someone new to read the order because this employee clearly didn’t care and just put whatever he/she felt like doing it’s ridiculous never ordering in Paterson again.
