You don’t have enough employees on staff. You have one person here doing everything up front and I assume one person cooking everything in the back. That’s not enough because I waited 15 minutes for food and my order wasn’t even correct. But I don’t blame the employees because they’re trying to do a million things at once.

Tanisha who’s name tag said manager needs a class on how to treat customers. My kids were excited to come in to eat lunch. However when we got inside my daughter saw the display they had out included a unicorn. She loves unicorns and was overjoyed that she was pointing to the unicorn to tell us what she saw. Tanisha from behind the counter barked at her that she can’t touch the display. She at no point ever was even touching the display. It would be one thing if my daughter was going crazy and I didn’t say something but this was literally as we were walking in the door. Needless to say Tanisha’s attitude over the Dollar Tree unicorn caused us to leave. We took our business to Culver’s down the street where the staff was very friendly and we received quality service from employees much younger then Tanisha. Hopefully you will take this review to heart because she is driving people away with how she treats customers. Thank You Culver’s for your Grade A customer service! Do better Hardee’s!

Dining room was closed, appears that there is only one person working, doing everything thru the drive thru, and then you have to pull around back to the dining room doors so she can bring you your order. I hope they hire more help because that’s ridiculous for only one person to handle

The most filthy and disgusting restaurant I’ve ever been to. The floors were so dirty and sticky, your feet stuck to them. Every single table was gross. Food, spillage, handprints covered each and every one. The bathrooms were dirtier (spider webs, drippings and filth on walls and floors, broken lock on stalls, etc) than a NY subway’s johnny-on-the-spot. The food (Angus Burger #6) was so thrown together, we couldn’t hold the burger in our hand. It just fell apart. The entire experience was absolutely disgusting.

Hardee’s has always been a good place to eat for me. I’ve eaten Hardee’s fit several years in my life. I remember when they had this Limited-time Fruit Loop Donuts, they were soooo delicious and taste exactly like the cereal. I haven’t been to a Hardee’s in over 5 years probably longer, but if they were too bring those donuts back I’d probably but all of them. Those donuts are mouth watering!! Please bring them back!!
