They still got it! I had my husband go pick me up the Greek chicken dinner, wow, was it delicious. The chicken was cooked to perfection tender, juicy fall off the bone season just right chicken. The rice was delicious also, as well as the beautiful salad. And it also came with a side of fries which my husband and I enjoyed. Keep up the good work.

Place is good average if your trying to get a polish,dog, burger, gyro. I had a fried polish, polish had a small nerve in it, i got past that because i was hungry 3/5. Fries were not to my standards, you can taste that the oil was used for lots of fried fish, fries tasted very fishy 2/5.

I’m so disappointed in this store today. I am a regular customer and usually get good food from them. Today was not a good day. Idk what they have done with the tzatziki sauce but what I was sent looks peculiar and melted on my sandwich like nothing I’ve ever seen before. We understand cost are high Nicky’s The Real McCoy, but please don’t forget your patrons we are “paying” the same price and more when presented with these weird substitutes which are ultimately inedible. I spent a lot of money just to throw away. Not fair!

I’m very strict on customer service because when I was working for a business establishment I was ranked number one for 3 years in my district for customer service so I take it in love and heart of how I treat people how I treat my own family especially when someone is bringing their business to that establishment. The employees must be up to par within caring and I don’t see that anymore and it’s pretty much as the attitude of let me get paid go back to my own business/ family you know. I can understand that so maybe customer service is dying that’s why they’re going to replace them with robots but the reason why I gave the rating here at Nikki’s is because the customer service is just there, it’s nothing to write home about we can see that people really want to go home instead of really caring to people. But the food is always been a restaurant top quality and a fast food setting that’s what has set Nicky’s apart from all the competition for over the past 40 years ,there legendary for their food.

Me and my girlfriend stop in all the time to Nicky’s and the food is always delicious and consistent! A go to for us as it’s nearby and although there are lots of other options in the area, we always choose here becayse they never miss!

Stop by today ordered a sausage sandwich it was good. Ordered a polish to go when we got to our designation in Indiana we opened the sandwich it was teally old sausage I couldnt even bite thru the skin. Fries were cold and hard. Gave sandwich to dog it wouldnt even eat it? I always stop at the cicero location never had this problem
