This was my first visit. It’s a small restaurant with simple decorations. However, the food was great. The rice noodle was cooked perfectly, not too soft and got a little sticky texture when you bite through it. The chicken soup base was really good, too. It was rich and full of chicken flavor. The price was also very reasonable. Will definitely visit here again. Overall, it’s a good place for a simple meal and if you want something hot and warm.

A relatively new restaurant in Edmonds serving soup noodles from the Yunnan province of China. They have two main dishes, both are soup noodles. One is a bridge-crossing noodles with an interesting story – the way it’s served is indicative of the name. Also the ingredients are brought our individually. You add them to the boiling hot soup and mix before you eat. Keeping the ingredients separate is supposed to keep the food warm as you cross the bridge in the cold of winter.

Good taste but a long wait. The noodles are not exactly “guoqiao” style because the ingredients are fully cooked when served. We ordered both the “guoqiao” version and the clay pot version, but I don’t think there are any differences (except that you have to put all ingredients in the soup yourself)!

We had 2 noodles bowls— their house special and stone pot. The broths were flavorful, great portions, and fresh ingredients. We were pleasantly surprised! Also, the owner was pleasant and presented great customer service.

I have been here a few times. The service is fast and the food is amazing. There is a good amount of rice noodles and the soup was very rich in flavor. I had the rice noodles with beef and there was plenty of beef in it. However, when I ordered the rice noodles with fish fillet, there wasn’t much fish. It was still great though and the atmosphere is pretty cozy.
