Went into moes to grab a quick dinner. Not only were they crowded but the line was long and instead of helping the customers in the line they decided to not greet anyone and fixed 10 online orders. I think it’s so rude bc you can fix online orders but at least let the customers know what’s going on. Did not order food. Train your staff!!

The bar of side items are getting slimmer each time we go. They started adding the onions and peppers together again which is not good for me since I can’t have the onions but I can eat the peppers. You specifically have to ask for fresh jalopenos and the chips have been quite stale lately.

This place is ran so inefficiently. 5 people in line to get food. You don’t get to the register for 40 minutes because they continue to do online orders. I get it, you have to complete orders but maybe have someone dedicated to online orders so the customers standing in front of you aren’t waiting 40 minutes for food.
