This used to be a nice place for a fairly priced family meal. We went last night and a bill for 4 adults came to over $60! Two of us only got water and none of us got ice cream. They had 2 people running the whole restaurant. They were out of soda. Their food was not great. Burgers were overcooked. So were the french fries. My chicken sandwich was very small. The waitress tried her best to be a great server but she was alone besides the cook. The menu literally had their old prices scribbled out and new prices haphazardly scratched in. For example: fried vegetables used to be $5 but now are $11.50. Their prices more than doubled yet they have minimal staff and are out of almost all drinks. Needless to say we will not be returning anytime soon.

Theyre not as good as they used to be. I love supporting local businesses but they’re slipping. Went a couple weeks ago and after waiting 20 mins at the window I placed my order then she said they were out of vanilla ice cream. Went again a few days ago and our flurries were in cups with domed milkshake lids filled well above the Styrofoam so when we took off the lids to eat the ice cream, everything that was over the Styrofoam ran down the sides of the cups. Barely any mix-ins in the ice cream. It was a disappointment and not worth the prices.

Kremeland is so expensive now! Then charge 4% if you use a debit/credit! Menu prices went up. The place smells like moldy mildew inside. Not appetizing when your eating food . One time I ordered a child’s size cone and it was huge the next time I ordered a medium it was teeny tiny! Different employees….I sat in the drive thru for 20 mins without someone coming to the window. Mind you there was a sign on the window saying only open for pick up customers. I ORDERED pickup! Won’t be going there anymore. Maybe when it sells and the new owners take over it will be better. I miss the old – old Kreamland.

Looks like an old time ice cream parlor all red and white. Had a soft serve come and a hot fudge sundae that tasted really good. Definitely a place to come again when in Navarre.

We come here every year when Navarre has the garage sale weekend and it’s usually awesome. This time it was terrible! The the staff wasn’t friendly at all and when they took our drinks to refill they took them all at the same time and mixed them up so no one knew who’s were who’s drink so we didn’t drink them because we all had the same drink. And the toilet was dirty and there was some nasty brown stuff all down the wall in the bathroom. I have never seen this place so bad in all the years we’ve been coming here.

Absolutely ABHORRENT customer service. This place has majorly gone down hill. Drive-thru window has a sign that reads “pick-up window only” yet NO ONE answers the phone to take any orders! Rude employee rips open the window with a major attitude to inform me that the window is “closed” and that they won’t be answering the phone. Kremeland was always a favorite of our family’s to stop at when in Navarre. We unfortunately will not be returning.
