Our server (Van) was completely useful with answers to our many questions. He did an amazing job from the time we sat down until our dinner was done. He brought us bread and our drinks and did not let go empty. The food was awesome. Cooked to perfection. The employees all worked well as a team to make our experience a good one. We were seated quickly, wasn’t asked our preference. Waitress was attentive, polite. She was patient while we looked the menu over. I think she didn’t anticipate a standard gratuity tip if one at all. Food was excellent and cooked to order. We gave her a 20% tip. Would have been more if speculation wasn’t a factor.

We love eating in any of these locations because steaks are always great. But we asked for medium, and we got well done.Our server quickly apologized and got us the right steak. The manager came back with the plate. Also apologized for the inconvenience. The salmon was delicious as well.

Always good, the best bread and service. Added on a French onion soup and asked for extra cheese it was so good. Had 2 margaritas and a perfectly cooked steak too. My husband loves the Parmesan Crusted Chicken it’s his go to and I get a couple bites of his and him a couple bites of steak.

I can not explain what such a great evening we had at lone star. I have never I mean never seen a manager come out and be so Into the customers. One on one talking and making sure everyone was ok and enjoying their food. Todd was just above and beyond expects. The food by far was aaaaaMAZING. We are huge steak eaters.. and went to Ruth Chris in Cary last night.. horrible food and had horrible service.. so we tried it out here.. and wow what a difference… the Jai the bar tender was so on point and did a perfect rotation of appetizer to food and drinks. All condiments included and literally never had to re ask for anything.. or really even ask for anything at all at first. All I can say is big KUDSOS to them all.. but definitely the manager todd and our bar tender JAI. … they did not disappoint and deserve at least a good job and pat on the back from whomever may be higher.

Well, I got my usual Ceaser salad, fancy brussel sprouts, and salmon on rice, but the Ceaser was so different that I didn’t eat it the waitress said that they were “testing” a new dressing and I wasn’t the first to say something so you might want to ask if they have the old one back yet same with the brussel sprouts they call it “honey butter” more just greasy sorry need to change that one back too. Everything else seemed to be the same goodness as all the other Long Horns.

Great atmosphere friendly staff our waiter was nice and professional. I loved the sweet tea ☺️ also my chicken was cooked perfectly loads of delicious flavor the cheese cream sauce blended well with the chicken easy to cut . The Mashed Potatoes were also delicious I loved the butter on them and brought out good flavor.

Belle gave our party wonderful service! She was attentive, polite, and was not afraid to show her personality! The firecracker chicken app was the winner of the night for me, however; I would have loved a bit of heat to the dish, especially with the avocado lime sauce cooling it down.
