This is the only gas station on a fifty mile stretch of road that should be golden but have no management so they can’t even keep regular hours. Will stop cooking 7-5 minutes early because they set their clocks early and if you order online they will still cancel it Container for window washer fluid hasn’t been blue for years but has also been bone dry for three weeks! Too bad this store can’t get their act together because it’s the only stop between Havana and McLean. Need to star in an episode of undercover bosses buy obviously corporate doesn’t care either. They also have sold moldy kitchen staff made sandwiches… I’ll find the video and upload it my friend actually took a bite

I thought spouses weren’t supposed to be working together especially when one is a regular employee and the other is the kitchen manager? They report they are divorced and not residing together but that’s a lie. You might want to vet your employee’s a little better or at least follow the rules across the board not just when it suits you! I have had a son and a daughter work for this company at 2 different store’s but under the same district manager and she’s a piece of work. She should be fired for favoritism, nepotism and work place harassment as well as wrongful termination!

My girlfriend and I stopped by on our way back to Peoria she had a piece of pizza I had a bacon cheese burger. Last night I’m got violently Sick to my stomach. I know it was the burger cause I had nothing else to eat b4 or after. When I saw breakfast pizza in the warmer at 2 in the afternoon I should have known better!

Uncooked pizza. The green peppers were completely raw. The dough was not cooked. And I ordered boneless wings and they gave me traditional.

The website says we open at 4/5am which is not true, we do not open until 6am now. Haven’t opened at 4/5am since last year, around the summer time. Corporate needs to update their websites for ALL OF THEIR STORES, NOT JUST ONE OR A FEW.

I have stopped here many times on my way to Champaign to visit my aunt. Friendly service and good hot coffee. This Caseys is extremely valuable to the small town of San Jose as it offers gas, convenience store items, and pizza. People in town would otherwise have to drive to Havana or McClean to obtain these goods. Located on Route 136 on the east side of towm.

It unfortunately isn’t one of the big stores with a sub bar but they’ve got a healthy selection anyway. Staff on the average are pretty decent people.
