Spent a Friday evening with my girlfriends and absolutely loved the experience. Our waiter introduced himself and was very polite and patient with us. We loved the variety of wine options they had. The salmon entree was a 10/10! The manager was super friendly, sat with us and had a great night overall! Definitely recommend for an Italian spot!

Great ambiance and character. I enjoyed every minute of my visit to my surprise guest at my table (the moose) to the fireplace and the Italian decor. My Shrimp Diavolo was exquisite. I ordered pineapple upside down cake and I can’t even describe the yumminess (if that is even a word). I would definitely recommend it.

Beyond disappointed. Made reservations a week out. Party of four (birthday). Pushed into a corner table and as meal progressed we were forgotten by waitstaff then kitchen staff. Meal was eh at best and birthday was completely ignored despite reminding them as we arrived. Was shocked as every prior visit was excellent.

If I could leave them less than one star I would. I have never in my life had such a bad dining experience. I went with my family for a graduation celebration and my kid brother found hair in his food that came spiraling out of the sausage and was imbedded in the sauce of his Rigatoni Nonna .We told the very nice server and they remade the food that took 15 minutes, which was nothing compared to the original 40 or so minutes for our food to come out. We understand the restaurant was busy and the issue is with the managers gross mishandling of the situation. The manager came to the table and was highly rude, contradicting every statement that my mother made and was practically yelling at my mother. We paid the bill of nearly $300 and the manager followed my mom out of the restaurant. We will report them to the Health department and shut down for such a serious health hazard. We will also be contacting the OSHA and FDA because there are likely other hazards in the kitchen.

On 12/17/22 I dined with my friend to celebrate his birthday. Even in the backroom next to the fireplace it was loud. The service was good and attentive at first when we arrived around 4 on a Saturday, by 5, our server vanished. There were plenty of staff milling around, and they were not paying attention to us. The prices are super expensive for what you get for the quality and portion size. The bread was mediocre, and the olive oil was too strong for my liking. The best thing was the mango salad with beets, the portion size was good, and it was tasty. The chicken parmesan was okay but way overpriced at $30, that was the least expensive entree. The capellini that was served with it was overcooked, and the tomato sauce was way too salty. My friend ordered the veal with mozzarella, he said it delicious, it was $36. We ordered dessert that was not worth the price. The Chocolate “Mousse” tasted like and was the consistency of Betty Crocker chocolate frosting from a can. The Tiramisu was bland and tasteless. Neither of us had alcoholic drinks, and the bill was $125 before the tip, $150 with tip. I am happy to pay $125 for an outstanding delicious meal with attentive service. Unfortunately, Louie’s was very disappointing.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant and I wasn’t even able to taste the food. My husband and I where driving home and stopped here because google said that they were open for another hour. We pulled up to the parking lot and asked the valet if dinner service was still available. The valet walked inside and asked, said yes, and told us we could park. When we entered the restaurant we stood in front waiting to be greeted for 5 minutes while people just looked at us standing there. We decided to leave since no one would even acknowledge our presence but a nice man at the door said he would help. He went to the dining room to speak to the manager and management starts YELLING AT HIM! It was the most disturbing experience I’ve had in a long time. I would never want to try this food. Not only do they ignore potential customers but they treat the staff horribly and embarrass them when they try to help.
