I go here often. The last 2 times we had Latory. Service was horrible. She never checked up on us. Only came to our table to take our order and to give us the bill. She is not friendly, she should NOT be working as a bartender. She seems miserable there. I’ve never seen her smile once. The bar wasn’t even busy and she couldn’t check on us to see if we need refills or how we’re doing. Get y’all a new friendly outgoing bartender please

Went recently ate here on a Sunday night to watch a playoff football game. We Waited half an hour before anyone even came over to ask us what we wanted to eat and We had to walk over to the bar to order a drink. They’re Clearly understaffed. I’m an understanding person but the staff didn’t even seem to care nor apology or explain what was going on. Needless to say, we will be going to the Algonquin location from now on.
