Appreciate they have some gluten free options, but wish they would mark what on menu can be made gluten free. Are the rice balls gluten free? Can the bruschetta be made with gluten free bread? What else? Also was disappointed in the fry order portion. The food was good though and the kiosk pick up system was easy. I did fill out a survey twice to give feedback for a free entree and never got a free entree email back.

I used to love this place at the old location… Delicious free bread with olive oil upfront and the food was always good. Now they have this weird kiosk style ordering with bad UI. You just eat out of the to-go containers with plastic stuff when you want to dine in. My ravioli was cold, even though I picked it up seconds after receiving the notification. Food was ok, that’s why it’s 2 stars instead of 1.

I loved the Figo in Vinings and was sad it closed down. I’m excited this is around so I can still get the great food!! You order on a kiosk inside, and when it’s ready, they send you a text. Use your phone to open the pod your food is in so no one can accidentally take it. It’s genius and very convenient.

This location never recovered from covid. It used to be one of our go to places and it has steadily declined in the last couple years. We just tried to eat there for the first time in a while, to find the entire place is automated and empty. We never even saw a single server or host/hostess. No waters, bread now costs $4. The only way to even see a menu is to scan a qr code and enter your phone number. Very impersonal, very overpriced. They didn’t even have the patio open on a springtime evening. The place was literally deserted, hopefully someone else takes over soon. ETA: i now see the reviews are saying robots bring out the food. We left before that stage. If this is the future of restaurants it will be bleak indeed.

The food was absolutely not worth the money. Every dish we ordered was bland. Definitely will not be coming back. They have let the food quality go way down since the start of construction.

When you arrive you are directed to a table and you have to scan a QR code to order. This is very inconvenient if you are in a group and have to pass around a phone. This seems much slower than even just ordering at the counter. This alone added over ten minutes to our stay and our wait for food. If you manage to complete your order, it will be brought out by a robot. Food was hot, but ravioli was overcooked and fell apart. Think ahead and order bread if you would like any with your meal. I love the Figo in Vinings, but it’s listed as temporarily closed. I will not be coming back to this one.

Nothing like being real hungry ordering door dash and waiting an hour for it to arrive and you get BURNT LASAGNA …. SO HARD I can bang a fork on it …due to my hunger I ate around it but why would you even serve this? … looks like they serve several times warmed up old burnt food … manager said he couldn’t do anything about it…he asked for a picture so here it is …. 15$ a SMALL slice and a quarter of it was hard crusty and burnt…

I was just asked to leave at 8:36 p.m. because the front hostess was leaving in 5 minutes. Despite this, carry out customers were coming in even as I was leaving.

This place is awful. There is no one to serve you. You have to scan menu on phone and put in order through it. No help what so ever if you have a question. Servings are very small in biodegradable boxes. It looks like airplane food served in this way. You don’t even get silverware, it is all plastic. And way over priced for what you get. Will never return.

I came into the restaurant to pick up as a delivery driver I proceeded to the boxes in the back that they just started using and picked up someone’s (Perion W) just to get somebody else’s order and when I brought it back to see if the order was here the young lady with the blue Afro could not answer my question about the order or where it was all she did was walk to the table and come back and say oh they were closing naw duh. I ask to speak to a manager and there wasn’t any on shift. So I’ma losing gas and money because of your little new locker system that is not going to well cause you are giving out the wrong orders in the box you put the food in for the person that post to be there. Bad business
