Ordered a large stuft crust pizza, didn’t feel like driving so I had it delivered for a premium order total of $40+ for a single pizza. It shows up as pictured and I called to get another one sent out, shows up same thing as the one in the picture. Sent both pizzas back with the driver (whom I did tip cash as I felt bad for the back and forth.)

In the past, the delivery driver smashed my pizza by placing the 2 liter of diet pepsi on top of the pizza boxes. Which I let that transgression slide. However, today I ordered again and this time they did not bring me my 2 liter. This place is a joke and I will never order from here again. I recently placed a large order of pizzas for a party, and my entire experience was phenomenal. Andrew, the manager who dedicated himself to my order, was knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. Andrew went above and beyond when he generously offered to work at the store on his day off to make sure my large order was perfect and ready for pick-up on time. I am highly impressed with and grateful for the new management of this store and its hardworking staff.

This place obviously can’t handle a Friday rush. They sent my kids a wrong order. When my daughter called, they said they were busy and they’d call her back. After waiting 20 minutes and not getting a call back, I had to call from work. The guys said they were busy and working hard, which I’m sure they were. My problem is he was trying to clear every order im the store, before correcting our order. And after asking for a 4th time for an estimated time for our reorder that was over an hour ago, he hung up on me. Not happy…food had been going downhill lately anyway. Guess it might be time to go somewhere else. 🙁

New GM FINALLY and he is awesome! We had a missing sauce today and the new dude was great and very helpful and made it right. In the past year there was literally always something wrong with our orders every time and was never made right. We are usually healthy eaters but we love Papa John’s for sports events and movie nights . (Who doesn’t ).

Just opening the box was a disappointing experience. The garlic sauce was busted and the pizza looked completely thrown together. They didn’t get my wings right and you’d get better cinnamon bites at Taco Bell. Straight up worst experience with a papa johns I have EVER had. What happened to this place..

I’m not generally inclined to write outstanding reviews, but the staff on duty 11/27/2022 at the Magnolia store really deserve kudos. I had a long day delivering orders for Uber and DoorDash, but decided to splurge on something we NEVER get to enjoy (we’re way up in the mountains, and can’t order ANYTHING) – on Papa John’s pizza. It’s a big deal – our first time ordering pizza since March of 2021 (1.5 yrs!) so we had kind of huge expectations. And THEN I put the pizza in my delivery bag and made the 45 minute drive home.
