Food is one star for Burger and fries, but the ice cream was the worst McDonald I’ve cream I’ve ever had in my life. It was like 50g of sugar. It tasted like caramel not ice cream. But I have all the rest of stars to service! The man kindly let me know the ice cream machine worked over the phone. I didn’t expect McDonald to pick up their phone. Other hand despite business dinner time, service was great. Would definitely come again. Also!! This is probably the last few McDonald with play place! One slide though probably best for 7years and younger.

I had an issue waiting for my mobile order cause the app was not loading but it saw I was here. I went inside and howni was waiting for the curbside order. The manager ended up helping me very reluctantly and said you never selected your spot. I’m legit the only 1 there. She then said how I can change the pick up so they could have known. I said to and showed her that the app was not working so I could not change it. She walked away and I said can I puget my order she said see stage means you didn’t select the location of where to get the order. The fact she has to fight me over the team not being able to walk out my order when I selected curbside it wasn’t my fault the app didn’t load the order or the parking space number. Margarita I think she said her name was but she was very rude and I can’t imagine jarring back and forth with a customer because you can’t walk outside. They were not even busy. Bad service.

The guy that helped me order went above and beyond. They take care of their customers at McDonald’s. They also take care of sick children through their Ronald McDonald House Charity work. Oh and they have the best coffee. This restaurant near Avon is one of the best that I have visited. Go there and be wowed.

I can confirm with the other review that the new managers are terrribbbbleee. I understand the stress of working in the business, I worked 15 years in food service. I understand that sometimes you just give the customer what they want to keep people happy. Especially your local customers that come daily.

New management is absolutely terrible. The manager Diego refused to modify my order the way I wanted it. I order the SAME EXACT THING EVERY SINGLE TIME for the past year or so. It’s something I look forward to because of the consistency.

Yearly review refresh. So they have remodeled and added a second drive thru. For a week now they’ve had the outer drive thru coned off which with the architecture of the lot pushes cars out into the highway very easily. If you park on the right side and go inside when you try to leave you’ll be trapped. Whom ever owns this place, I’d be mad as hell if I spent all that money to remodel for a second drive thru and then your people don’t even use it.
