Always disappointed when I get chicken here, not sure if the other locations are better but this one is a bust. The chicken is dry and not very flavorful. The sides aren’t very good either. Winco up the street has much better chicken from their deli for a fraction of the cost, and their coleslaw/sides are usually better too.

I keep hoping for better. The actual fried chicken is good but not great. The side dishes lack balanced flavor. The mashed potatoes taste like they are instant. The baked beans have too much acid in them so a bit more brown sugar could help. The rolls I don’t eat anymore. I actually ask to have them left out or just skip over them.

Always fresh food! The chicken is very good! The food here is consistent and I find that some ezells locations aren’t always consistent like it is at this location! Try the peach cobbler, it’s so good!

I’m so happy they have a closer newer location at my house! I will be coming here more often. I got the chicken tenders combo 1/2 pound and it was so worth every penny. Big portion sizes I couldn’t even finish it all! The Mac and cheese was okay however. Might have to get two sauces next time.

I have stopped here a couple of times. Each time I have picked up the original recipe. Including this time, which was about a half hour ago. The chicken is under seasoned. It needs salt. The fry is very blonde and the chicken is rubbery. I don’t know how you do that. You get two stars because your rolls are the best and the potato salad is OK. Pretty sure I am done with you guys

I love ezelles so much and I use to be a frequent customer of one down on Wallingford in Seattle, WA. I decided to start cutting my time and giving business to this one (closer to my house). Never have had any complaints but lately I’ve been going there a couple days in a row around 8 – 9 and the chicken has just been lacking that special flavor. It’s been due to the chicken being so dry. When I say dry I just mean real dry that I haven’t even really been wanting to eat it after seeing it. I also always order the half pound chicken tender Original and they haven’t been quite like half pounds lately. After already being cracked up dry and tiny it’s only been about 2 more pieces in comparison to the 3 piece which you are paying less for. I have to say I’m a bit disappointed and will be giving my business elsewhere.
