OMG. First of all, I originally posted several photos with this review but it seems only one remains. From the outside, it looks like a classic restaurant from the 80s. lots of parking, landscaping is nice. Inside, the people are nice and the food is predictable. I mean it IS Burger King after all. But I was not prepared for the horror of… The Kids Zone (da dum DAAAAA). The first thing I noticed was the smell. Think locker room. A grungy kids locker room. JV football… I found my wife and child in a corner booth and sat next to them on the hard fiberglass bench. After managing to get my appetite back (I lost it when the smell first hit me), I begin eating. A few minutes later, my wife tells our kid, “sit up. Don’t touch the chair.” She then looks at me and says, “I think I know what the smell is from” and turns her gaze to the ceiling above the play structure. It is the AC vent for the room, surrounded by drooping, wet, moldy drop-ceiling tiles. Then I look at my kid. Them behind him at the bench backrest. Mold. I look around. Every piece of fabric in the Kid Zone has some amount of looks on it. Oh.

Very poor service over all. A new lady, Dominique did the best she could, but Renee was horrible. Soda machine was out of ice, needed refills on the soda bags themselves, 2 straws left. We have yet to have a good experience at this particular Burger King. I feel sorry for employees like Dominique as she was trying to take care of us, but hit a brick wall in every direction. Would not recommend visiting this one. Last time we were there we waited 40 minutes for food and it was a small order 🙁

Normally we have received good food. Today the 2 whoppers were so overcooked and didn’t taste good at all. My wife couldn’t eat hers it was so dried out and hard. The tomatoes were NOT ripe on either burger.We won’t be going back any time soon.

Extremely slow, for example tonight; went through the drive thru ordered at 7:19 and didn’t get our food till 7:50. One car backed out of the drive thru lane and left. We noticed only 2 people in the dining area. They are always slow. So if you go don’t be in a hurry.

Went in and yes it was busy…. but I ordered a whopper with ch and no onion and another whopper with ch, and a large fry. Heard the manager say she needed a whopper with ch no onion and then about 1 min later I saw her open a whopper that had been sitting there and say oh never mind just put ch on this one. Ok, got outside and guess what… onion on my burger and could tell it had been reopened. I went back in and got a new one, should of replaced my husband’s too. It was cold. As busy as they were there was NO reason for cold food! NEVER AGAIN will I wait 20 minutes for wrong and old food. At least when you go to McDonald’s down the street even if it’s busy and you have to wait your food is always fresh busy or not! Oh and also my husband noticed after when he went to the bathroom that there was a sign of “employees must wash hands ” you know, the standard one every restaurant has…. well how can they truly wash their hands if there is no soap in the bathroom???? GROSS that is not even close to Ok!

The last half dozen times or more i’ve been here, i wait a minimum of 20 minutes each time. The food is stale and bairly warm. The employees are always miserable with zero customer service skills. About a month ago i went and waited 30 minutes for them to give me my order completly wrong. The “cook” in the back was yelling at the cashier. I just asked for my money back and left.

Poor service. Got a Sprite at drive-thru when I asked for coke. They wanted me to drive all the way around again and wait behind others in line to get what I ordered. I told them no. I’ll pull over right here and you can bring it to me. I’m speculating that the girl didnt want to go out in the cold.

I don’t know if it was a rough day for the staff or if our large group somehow upset the workers but I think they could have been more understanding of the issues we had with the card reader. But the facility was clean and organized.

The Employees are rude and disrespectful, the food took longer than normal to get, my wife, kid and I all got sick after eating there. The buildings indoor environment is filthy. The kids play area is shut down due to safety issues.

I’m not a burger King fan but this is the only location to serve me a decent burger that wasn’t flattened to a pancake. Stopped by while traveling back to Maine, and I was pleasantly surprised by the product quality and the kind young southern man running the drive thru. Small location, good food, and nice staff, Kudos.
