Absolutely disgusting place to be at, 7pm every single table is uncleaned, food thrown all over the place, utensils and other things completely out and just thrown around. Having no cheese as well and then charging me more than I have ever been charged when I get the same thing every time. The employees spit in your face at this location.

I frequent this Chipotle very often. I have never had any issue with the quality of the food but last nights meal had to have been the worst meal I have ever had in my life. The chicken was full of fat, the rice was soggy, the chips were stale, the beans seemed to have been sitting out for weeks, nothing tasted seasoned, and the guacamole was brown. The food was absolutely disgusting. My family and I don’t have very many establishments that we frequent because home cooked food is tastes better. The food last night was so bad it made me and my children sick to our stomach the rest of the night. As often as we go to this location I fear ever going back. After reading the reviews it appears that this has been a problem with this location for a while. I can’t believe management refuses to do anything about it. I would rather go out of my way to another Chipotle location than to ever come back here.

I visited before the dinner rush, so I was in and out in under ten minutes. The service went very well as the new staff member had his “A” game, so my food was made right the first time. The person running the register was very polite and friendly.

Yesterday’s order was disgusting. I found plastic pieces in my chicken bowl! Trying to be fair but this place is consistently terrible! It’s only this location that is an absolute mess. I have been to numerous Chipotle locations in state and out and they have been consistent and great. I don’t know why I keep giving this one a chance but NO MORE! Yesterday I purchased a bowl and there was just about no protein, a HUGE piece of lettuce covering the bowl and plastic pieces in my food. I will NEVER go back to this location. I will drive further for better quality food. This has happened too often at this location and reading some of the reviews, it’s happening to others too. When are they going to make changes? Considering calling the health department. People DESERVE quality clean food especially with the prices of food lately.

Overall bad experience. The guac is brown and loose, the salsa is somehow pure salt? And the sour cream has a mystery item inside. Will not be going back, the quesadilla was also super messy and had almost no flavor.

I think this Chipotle might be worse than the Wallingford one and thats saying a lot. The crew is disgustingly rude not only to customers but also amongst themselves. The general manager has an I don’t care attitude and offers no solution to problems in her store. They never get orders right. They’re terrible. This experience has solidified that I will literally never spend another cent with this wack company.

the girl taking order is having bad attitude. Bad customer service. The food is bad, white rice really cold and old. Mostly everything in the store is out (veggie, sauce, ice) The store is dirty even no customers. Never recommend or coming back here anymore.
