I don’t know who the sandwich “artist” was that prepared my famous star burger but he/she needs a refresher course. Ketchup was all over the paper wrapper and the top of the bun. Unable to eat the burger.

The worst. I’ve never gotten fresh food. Cold burgers, soggy fries, dessicated chicken. They still use that exaggerated flu as a reason to not have ketchup on the counter, but they are just cheap.

We order 2 Chicken Sandwiches, 2 sm fries. Ask for heavy mayo on both sandwiches. We got the sandwiches and very little and I mean very little mayo on them. Husband took them back in and ask for them to put more mayo on them and she was very rude. Gave him 3 packs of mayo instead of taking the sandwiches and putting more mayo on them also the fries were cold. they were not busy, no one was in line except my husband, only one car in drive thru. date was 7/28/2022 time: 5:44 pm. Order #123383. There has been several other times that we have been at this Hardee’s and gotten bad service. They have been rude and unfriendly. If these workers don’t want to do their job correctly maybe its time the owner replace them with people who do.

3.58 for a rubber bun in the middle, and hard on the ends hotdog in the bun hard to eat. I call and asked if they put the hotdog in the microwave they said no in the oven, so I asked if they put the bun in the oven they said yes… The company wants 358 for a hot dog you could buy for a 1.50 across the street at Speedway and the employees wanthe employees want 15 an hour so they can put a hot dog bun in the microwave. At those prices and that nasty food you might as well cook at home and save your money.

I had hoped that the last time we went it was a fluke and that they would do better this time. However, that was sadly not the case. We waited at the speaker of the drive-thru for more than 7 minutes to place our order, all while hearing the lady talking and taking orders inside. The food was not good, the biscuit was hard as a rock. The Frisco sandwich was so greasy that I needed 2 napkins to handle it, except they gave us one napkin for the entire order. The cost was to be expected, but truly was a waste of money. I can say for sure that I will NEVER go back again
