I came her specifically because Google said you had fried mushrooms. There were no fried mushrooms on your menu. I ended up ordering a chicken sandwich with extra pickles. I received a dry over cooked hard patty with 3 pickles and very little sauce. I was hungry so I ate it but it really shouldn’t have been so over cooked. I could not sub my fries for fried pickles, which is fine. But when you forgot to put them in the bag and I had to go back through the line to get them, you have defeated the purpose of your quick line. The fries were good, the tea is good, the loaded fries needed more cheese and it to be melted, these fried pickles were horrible. Too salty, way over cooked, covered in grease, and they taste weird. You are giving up quality to get food out quickly. I would much rather wait for a meal and it be done correctly then to get my meal quickly and it is missing items and everything isn’t cooked well. I do not think I will be back.

Stopped by this place for lunch. The dinning area was very clean and tidy because the staff members often came out from their stations to clean up after the customers left. We received our orders promptly and the chicken tenders were hot, crispy, and juicy. The fries were as good as the chicken. However, the chicken were very salty and I wouldn’t recommend them if you are on a low sodium diet.

Place order online. They brought us out the wrong food order. After returning to the restaurant, they did correct the food, but the fries were not done all the way, the Texas toast was quashed and looked gross, and the chicken was very salty. We order from here a lot, but we may not return for a while or at all.

Love their Grilled Cobb Chicken Salad! Out of all the various places I’ve been, Zaxby’s has the best (both in quantity and quality) I’ve found anywhere. Their Iced tea is also great, as well.

Succeed in life
The customer service was good. The chicken tenders were flavorless. The sliders were okay with the sauce, but messy inside and out of the container. The Asian Zalad was good and the egg roll was delicious. I tried something new. The staff forgot to give us the ranch we requested. We did not receive a receipt. I cannot tell if we were charged for the ranch. May you be blessed. Thank you for your time. Enjoy your day. Smile.

Zaxbys is a favorite. Never had zaxbys until last year and it’s not bad. Staff does great and they are pretty quick. Loaded fries are the go to for me, I do love the new peach sweet tea and the cookies are the nest when soft, so zaxbys don’t overcook the cookies!
