Nice restaurant and bar. Varied menu and food is largely pretty good. One big knock in the restaurant is the physical space doesn’t hold sound well and it can get loud. Country feel to the restaurant as name implies. Bar area cool as it has money all over the ceiling which you can learn the trick if you are willing to spare a bill.

Finally had the chance to try Country Spirit Restaurant and we all had a lovely time. The Restaurant was cleaned and well staffed, though it was not too busy during our visit. They had a decent selection of food including appetizers. Their chicken nachos were a hit and with 6 people, we still had leftovers. I feel that all the food was really well done though. I was asked how I would like my burger prepared and I said medium but my burger came out hockey puck black and hard. Everything else was really good though. Country Spirit Restaurant also has a gift shop and some amazing looking apple desserts, though I did not purchase any of them.

I Teach Folks to “Swim” Safely
Such a lovely meal. We arrived a bit toward the end of the open hours for kitchen, and said we’d go with it. So glad we did. Great staff, attention to everything we’d need; yum food (the salad Cesar was crisp and the salmon well prepared; the beef burger was thick and perfect, the beef tips were wonderful, too). We love the ambience of a true pub/tavern feel.

We ordered the 16 Oz Ribeye, my wife’s was thick and juicy, mine was thin and not all that flavorful. The starches were cool, rice and baked potato. We were overcharged for drinks that were never served and asked for coffee with dessert, something we enjoy. To be fair after asking to speak with a manager, they revised the drink bill and comped the desserts, we were disappointed as they had no prime run and disappointed with the meal and service, sigh

Very friendly people and the food was awesome. She had the Shrimp Scampi and I had the Ribeye Steak. Shrimp were definitely jumbo and the steak was done perfectly. Asparagus was the vegetable and was good. The salad was excellent and they have probably 10 house made dressings to choose from. We are truckers and we were allowed to park next to the road. Such a great break from the microwave and truck stop food. Thank You!!
