I have to say I’m surprised they’ve maintained generally positive reviews. I think it’s difficult to truly mess up breakfast to a point of no return but my meal yesterday was inedible! I had pancakes that were burned, hash browns that weren’t crispy, they were literally just hard – it hurt my teeth trying to eat them because they were like stringy pieces of plastic, eggs that had no flavor and a rubbery texture, and bacon that was completely underdone and fishy tasting. I had a few bites of my pancakes and the rest got thrown out. Our server was super nice & helpful so they do have great staff going for them, but the food is so, so bad.

Saw the reviews and ratings for this place while pushing through, stopped and ate. All 3 of us were satisfied with our choices. Friendly staff, not a long wait. The only thing I can say that could be a downside, is the half wall they have at the front. It’s very awkward walking through, especially when the staff are standing there, and this isn’t even that big of a deal.

We went here on Mother’s Day. It is a busy place but they get you seated quickly. They had great food and a friendly staff. They give huge portions! We enjoyed everything and will go again.

This was not one of the better Scrambler’s we’ve been to. I had the big country and the biscuits were terrible. They were dryas heck and gritty. I let the waitress know and the manager said they were made fresh this morning. If they were, they were awful. Husband had a crab cake Benedict and the hollandaise sauce broke and looked greasy. The poached eggs were over done. I did get an English muffin to replace my biscuits and that was fine. We won’t be back to this location.

My fiancé & I had brunch here on 5/19/2023. We entered & approached the hostess stand at approximately 1:30pm. There was no hostess to seat us. We observed 3 female employees standing towards the back of the restaurant, outside of the kitchen. When they saw us, we thought we were going to be assisted with being seated. Wrong we were! The 3 of them continued conversing but stepped into the kitchen to be out of view of us as well as two gentlemen behind us who were waiting as well. I had to walk back to the kitchen to request seating. One of the females walked out to assist while the other 2 stood there looking at me as if I was in the wrong for disturbing their personal conversation. Typically we would leave this type of establishment with POOR service, but we were hungry & needed to eat before hitting the road back home. Very VERY bad experience. I would not return & would suggest hospitality training for the staff.
