Terrible. They use doordash as the delivery drivers and outsource all the calls. I am still waiting on a refund from a delivery where I received 2 out of thr 3 items I ordered. Don’t waste your time going here. There are so many better pizza options.

Really unfortunate. There is no walk in restaraunt but they informed me that they are working on it. After waiting 15 minutes for my order I discovered half of an insect upon my box when I parked. Nothing made its way into the pizza thankfully–at least I hope. The chicken I got was also rubbery and overcooked, I don’t know what’s going on.

You can’t go inside to pick up your order. You have to use the drive through window and I didn’t have a great experience with the worker at the window. He seemed annoyed, agitated that I didn’t know you had to use the window because they keep the doors locked at all times. He said there’s no way to let people know you can’t go inside and he wasn’t friendly at all. It was overall a terrible experience and I don’t plan on going back.

I ordered one large pizza, half & half, and my husband and I both found a couple pieces of hair throughout the pizza.. I am very disappointed and Grossed out. I spent almost $23 Dollars for hairy food. I will not be ordering here again. Once I tried to call about it, they wouldn’t answer. In the picture is one piece of hair, The other was taken out, but I took a bite into my pizza and felt that and was grossed out. Very disappointed.

I placed my order for pick up at 5:14, it’s currently 6:29 and I’m still waiting. I was told at 6:00 that it would be another 5 minutes. There’s also two kids playing in the drivethru & talking to the employees even though the line is backed up around the building

Absolutely the worst! Called in an order for our Uncle who is there for an appointment, at 5:15. Lady says 30 minutes. An hour and a half later, cold food and they forgot his drinks. Called twice on hold for 20 minutes for a manager for a refund or a hot delivery with drinks, dude hung up on me twice! Finally my husband had to get involved, refund issued. The worst customer service ever I will not buy from them or Pizza Hut ever!

Feel free to comment. On April 10th 2022 I order from Pizza Hut. $50.13 after tip for delivery (10.00 tip) food was supposed to be delivered by door dash at 1:05pm. I ordered from Pizza Huts online site as I have done many times. At 2:45pm I called the store. I was told that the door dash driver picked up my order at 1:00 pm. I never received food. I asked for refund. Manager told me that cooperate issues refunds not the store. She got my info and said I would get refund in 24 hours. I still have not got a refund. I have called customer service 3 times each time they file my complaint and tell me Cooperate will call me in 3 days or less to issue refund. I have not received a call yet. I guess Pizza Hut needs the money more than me.
