This is our first time coming to Good Kitchen restaurant and we really enjoyed the service of Mikayla. The food was really good and the pancakes are awesome they melt in your mouth and the best of it is they are gluten free. Its a great place to start your morning with a good breakfast and excellent coffee ☕️ thanks and see you soon

Good Kitchen is located in the Smyrna Village Plaza. It took over the space that was previously Porch Light Latin Kitchen. There is ample parking for patrons directly in front of the restaurant. I have stopped in a few times since their grand opening and never found it difficult to find parking.

Clean-eating restaurant. Joined my wife here at the end of a great work day. She ate and had the Loaded Avocado Toast and a Gluten Free Pancake. I drank a Stillfire Koastal Krunch Mimosa Sour. #Priorities

First time dining here and it was amazing! It’s a “clean kitchen” but it doesn’t taste like healthy food if you know what I mean. The veggie bowl had a sweet potato hash base, topped with 2 fluffy eggs perfectly seasoned and then topped with mushrooms, onions, peppers and kale. It was soooo good and super filling without feeling stuffed. Can’t wait to go again

This is a great healthy option in a sea of southern fried restaurants. It’s hard to find a brunch stop with so many good flavorful choices on a menu. They even have a dog menu and we were sure to order something healthy for our pup.

I had to be rushed to the emergency room last month after having a huge health scare due to poor Eating habits. My big cousin and aunt decided to bring me to the Good Kitchen to teach me how to eat healthier food and still enjoy it. I’ll admit I was a bit hesitant at first but I decided that I would try it out. Not only the food good but it was actually good for me. Eating clean whole foods was easy to do at this eatery. The owner Peter personally came to our table to make sure we understood exactly what the mission of Good Kitchen was all about. Grain fed meat fresh herbs and spices and of course vegetables galore! Do yourself a favor and try it for yourself and you to will be Pleasantly surprised!

It’s wonderful to have one of my favorite restaurants now open in my own backyard. Welcome to Smyrna Good Kitchen! With the same great nutrient dense healthy food as the Marietta location, the Smyrna restaurant has a more relaxed vibe. Same super friendly and helpful staff, and cute and comfortable as can be interior. Love that there’s outside seating as well. A perfect addition to Smyrna Village Green.

Great experience. The setting is calm and clean, and the service is friendly. You can order with their touchless menu or get help from a server. The food is excellent, fresh and organic. They also have a healthy kids menu and breakfast all day! Great addition to downtown Smyrna.

Crazy. $27 for a juice and mediocre chicken wrap for lunch and that’s with carry out.I was taken aback when the total was read. But wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. That maybe the price would be warranted given the taste of the food. I understand healthy food is more pricey but this is over the top. There are so many better health conscious places to eat and at a much more reasonable cost.

I am giving them 3 stars because things have changed a bit with the food preparation after the head cook from their Marietta kitchen has taken over the Smyrna location. I loved this place and the staff is amazing and accommodating. Unfortunately, the last 3 visits were not as great as far as the food preparation. The current chefs over saturate the food with ghee and sauces. And the once fluffy, scrambled eggs are cooked a flat square as seen in a fast food restaurant when placing eggs on a breakfast sandwich. What I use to love about this place was how the food was prepared. You knew you were getting clean eats. Now it is saturated in ghee and other sauces. I even purchased their Thai crunch bowl and few days back and it was saturated with the ginger sauce. To much takes away from the taste.
