I’ve been going there for about 2 years now and it has been my favorite place to get pizza in Rochester! Chris has been a consistent and very pleasant individual to see each time I go there. He is usually the one that manages the slices and his customer service is amazing! Also, Carisha at the register is extremely nice and keeps a smile that radiates positive energy. I highly recommend this place to eat just make sure you have a good parking spot.

Is this place under new management? Since I work at City Hall, I come to this place at least twice a week for the last 15 years and in the last couple months, my food has been burned terribly. The pizza crust, the garlic knots too. Plus when I enter there is rap music videos playing so loud I can’t hear the cashier when she tells me how much I owe. I can no longer sit with co-workers inside for lunch because the music is so loud. If it’s under new management, I’m not impressed. If it’s the same management just making changes, I’m not impressed.

Best NY Style pizza in Rochester! I don’t go to The Pizza Stop too often since I have the diabeetus but I will risk losing a toe to get the best slice in Rochester. It brings me back to my youth when I used to grab a big ole slice of Broadway Pizza! Thanks Pizza Stop keep up the great work!

This is the best NY style pizza in Rochester but hygiene has gone down with the new staff. The new lady that works the register will touch the register and then ready my pizza WITH NO GLOVES. She’s done it 3 times now and this last time, she’s sniffling the whole time! Disgusted me.
