Their fried shrimp shumai wasn’t great, I prefer steamed, but their beef noodles was really good. The broth was warm, not hot. I didn’t know if that’s how they served it but it was still really good. The Sake on the other hand was piping hot which I loved! Service was great and very attentive. If ever in that area again, will definitely stop by for another bowl.

Rare fun spot in Daytona that isn’t a dive bar on the beach. Cool atmosphere with good music and casual people. Reminds me of an izakaya. We got the pork ramen and takoyaki. It was all really good and service was fast

Ninja Ramen is going to become one of my spots! The Tonkatsu ramen was fantastic, full of flavor and made perfectly. The Gyoza and edamame were cooked perfectly! And the brown sugar boba is delicious! The staff was very friendly and welcoming! The atmosphere is so aesthetic and welcoming. Will definitely be coming here again!

This place is like no other. Daytona needs this because most food places here are droll. This place has uniqueness and bold flavor. Our guy that served us was cool a f. I always want this location to make it, but the latest restaurant to try it here just isn’t very good. $16 bowl of tokotsu ramen, mediocre flavor, noodles were barely cooked, meat was pretty good and the egg was a little scary looking.
