Glad the food was made fresh, no issue there, but it would be nice if you’d put the meals that belong together in its own bag… I shouldn’t have to ask what is in what bag in the drive through. I do appreciate them correcting the issue when I let them know I had fries missing though, very friendly!

Stopped in for lunch with my adult daughter. The place was empty and we were helped immediately. I told the nice lady no pickles on my burger and well, it showed up with pickles. So I took it to the counter and the fellow was super nice and apologetic and within 5-6 minutes I had my new burger. My daughter had the chicken strips, I tried one and is was yummy, and there was more than she could eat in one sitting. DQ has gotten a bit pricey but their hamburgers are delicious and always topped with fresh produce. And the onion rings were hot and perfectly cooked. Therefore, five stars.

Very good shakes, malts, and Blizzards. My only nit is I ask for no spoon/straw, they have a sign on their drive-thru window saying they’re trying to limit one-time use utensils/straws and they’re only available on request (some “red spoon green planet” initiative), but they nearly always plop a spoon in the Blizzard or hand me a straw even after I tell them beforehand I brought my own. First-world problems…

The food is always good but this location is a joke; never consistent hours, never any indication when the lobby is closed, and currently not even serving hot food. Being the only dairy queen on this side of the bridge until Port Orchard, they do a lot of business, but cannot keep up with it :/

If it was possible to give zero stars, that’s what I would choose! This is by far the worst Dairy Queen ever. Please do not go out of your way to come to this one! Not worth it!

Being that this is the Only Dairy Queen in Gig Harbor or anywhere near they need to do a bit better on some things. The food for us has honestly been pretty good despite the day that somehow they literally ran out of hotdogs. They seem to always be short staffed which is very common nowadays for many restaurants . Covid has pointed out many disparities is salaries in many work places so until these business’ start paying better they will continue to employ the teenagers who will then continue to hop from place to place. I know that they are handling doordash and Uber as well as regular customers but the inside of the store has made has been very dirty I honestly would rather just go through the drive-thru so I don’t have to see the inside.
