UPDATE: For some reason I ordered again. They sent the order through DoorDash because they have no drivers. Driver did not respect “no contact delivery”, kept stalking my door and calling me for 15 minutes despite me texting them that I selected no-contact delivery. I think they spoke only Spanish. Terrible experience. They didn’t even bring everything that was ordered.

I stop at this location about once a month. I love the make your own papadia with their garlic sauce. I usually order online and then come inside to pickup. It’s always hot and tastes good. Occasionally, they are a little skimpy with the cheese and toppings. The cashier was nice and my food was ready when they said that it would be.

Total failure last night. Ordered a 6 topping pizza and wings. 45 min late (which is understandable for staffing issues), but the pizza was missing 3 toppings, and light on the others, which were clumped in the center of the pizza. Horrible experience.

Ordered dinner for the kids while we were out, came home to find we were shorted an entire med. pepperoni pizza! Reached out to customer service that night ans next morning to get credit and they never even bothered to respond! This has been our go to delivery option for the kids on date nights but if we can’t trust what we order is what’s delivered the kids won’t be having pizza anymore!

This location is absolutely NASTY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We asked for extra peppers and the worker brought out a prepackaged foil that had two peppers already eaten with the stem trash left in the foil. We called in to tell them what happened and they told us “During shipping some peppers are cut”. As you can see in the pictures this isn’t a cut, this was clearly eaten. The other peppers were also very dry showing how dated these peppers were. They didn’t even say sorry or anything, just kept arguing with me. Haven’t had problems with other Papa Johns in this area, avoid this location!!!

Ordered a pizza online, received confirmation /order number, waited 25 minutes, never got a Pizza Tracker text so I went into the store. They were on the phones and didn’t acknowledge me for at least 5 minutes. Then they told me they were having trouble getting online orders, please wait. I waited another 10 – 15 minutes while they continued to talk on the phone and they told me they can’t make the order, even though I showed them what I purchased and that it was paid. At that point, they suggested I order again. I did not have time to wait another 20 minutes (45 minutes in) so I asked for something that shows the order was cancelled. They could not provide that either, so I left and contacted my credit card company to watch for the charges. The store and employees were covered in flour, they had their dirt-caked 55 gallon trash can touching the counter where they roll out the dough. After seeing the inside of the store, I was relieved that we weren’t going to be eating pizza from there. It used to be very well run with great service. I can excuse the technology issue but the lack of customer care was truly disappointing. It’s sad to see that the store has gone so far downhill.
