Hambrugers and fries are very good overall. I came on Tuesday 06/13/2023 and the employeers that were (though employeers differs eveyday) there needs to make sure they provided the correct order because I ordered single shack burger but gave me the wrong burger because they were rushing a bit but I ate it anyways because I didn’t had time to switch. Also, they need to make sure the food is ready by the time the customers receives a text message saying the order is ready, not waiting an additional 10 minutes after customers recieve the text message notice. Other than these issues, the customer service is good overall

I like the food there, but whenever I order online it normally takes them a bit and yes I know they have other people to serve but I only order a little. It’s worth waiting and I recommend this if your looking for a good burger place!

Unfortunately, one of the worst shake shack I’ve visited. They are located right outside Hynes Convention Center but seems to unable to cope with sudden influx of conference attendees. The food didn’t taste as good as in other places, self-ordering system was not updated with many items that are no longer available are still listed and they had to manually modify my order. Overall really bad experience with this establishment

Employees were constantly cleaning the countertops with wipes in between customers which was great for cleanliness! Watching them in the kitchen, it seemed pretty clean to me! Workers were professional and kind.

This Shake Shack was the worst one. I was enforced to wait over 30 minutes. I asked the staff if my order is going multiple times, but she was super slow and looked lazy. I will never come to the place again.

This is the worst shake shack i ever worked at the managers cussing us out even in front of customers they cut hours and there custard shakes have been extremely watered down and not cold and there still serving it they also violent workers personal business they favortize certain workers they get mad when your calling out sick and dont respect you calling out they still give you a write up even when ur sick
