Food is great, the concrete is even better. Store is always clean, the staff is always attentive to customer’s needs. This location stays pretty busy, but even with the traffic they get food is always served fast or within a few minutes at worst. Very laid back atmosphere, just all around great fast food restaurant!

I really wanted to give them 5 stars because the food and service is absolutely awesome!! But .. they skim on the fries greatly.. we upsized to a large hoping to get more because the last three times we came the fries were less than half of the box. Well that did not work either.. !

Wish I could have taken a picture of my food, but I was so hungry I couldn’t, I smash that Burger it was very fresh and delicious the employees are very friendly and welcoming, The food is delicious. Trust me when I tell you the food is Bussin, Bussin here, so for me Issa 10/10❤️. ( UPDATE)…… Ate here again today! 2/17/23 And it was delicious Guess I am a Freddy’sHead . I will say this they always forget to put pickles on my Burger . Please just remember to add the items that’s supposed to come on the burgers that’s all I suggest. Also I have included my picture from today. (P.S.) you see that pickle on my burger cause I took it off my husband burger . I felt bad but it made mines taste so much better❤️.

The food, dessert, atmosphere, and service was incredible. My mother and I ate here and our food came out incredibly quickly. The food was delicious. We also ordered frozen custard that was just as good. The workers were extremely nice and friendly. This was some of the best fast food service I have had in awhile. I highly recommend eating here.

These burgers are seriously good. Their French fries however are ehh. Onion rings are better. My wife literally made me go to dairy queen after trying their malt to get a real “malt”. But honestly, don’t sleep on the California double.

The employees here are awesome! We watched as a big rush came in, but the employees were all still getting orders out in a timely fashion (and being very friendly while doing so). There was also a person who was consistently cleaning tables and restocking condiments:) You can tell that the training was very thorough, and that each person knows what they’re doing.

Well the staff were great! However the food is pretty mid. Also the price isn’t great. They should have just out a fryer in the southern pines dairy queen instead of building a freddys lol. If you want a good fast food burger, go to any of the other fast food chains in this town. Plus their fries were thing and had no crunch.

I am originally from California and the similarity between this place and In-N-Out is uncanny. The fry sauce is identical to In-N-Out secret sauce, the burgers are assembled and taste very similar, and the fries are made skinny also (although these are a tad smaller). The only major difference is Freddy’s serves custard instead of milkshakes. I have no idea if these two companies are affiliated but everything was delicious and I’d visit again.
