It can be a difficult decision during lunchtime where to go. Generally 28E can be a little hectic but this KFC makes the unbearable traffic all worth it. This location puts quality care and customer service front and center. I went in today and the workers were all smiles. They were happy to be there and they were proud to serve me. It’s hopeful to see people take such pride in their job. This KFC location will have my repeat patronage.

We have a very large family, so we ordered over $100 worth of food. Not only were the associates and manager EXTREAMLY kind and not seeming bothered, but the manager quickly called me to let me kniw the coleslaw had been forgotten. We WILL be returning customers.

I ordered a three-piece dark this is what I got. This is what my $9.33 bought. These are the tiniest pieces of chicken I have ever seen in my life. I don’t know if this is the way they are cutting the chicken these days, but what I do know is that I will never ever go back to that Highway 28 East store again. You lost a customer KFC. I placed a quarter for reference and my own finger and I have small hands. This place should be ashamed to serve food like this. KFC will go out of business if they keep serving up tiny bony pieces of chicken like this.

I ordered a meal and with that came large sides and in one of my large sides (the coleslaw) there is a giant piece of plastic (as you can see in the picture). When I got ahold of a manager (2days later) I was asked to bring it back so that she could see it..which I did…she gave me a side of potatoes to replace it. I said “I think that there should be a little more done than that since I found plastic in my food”… She proceeded to replace my meal with old chicken that smelled like burnt grease, old dry potatoes (which, by the way, none of their sides have time or date stamps..and are supposed to)

DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE! No wonder there was no line! I placed my order and she read it back to me…and it was still WRONG! Not to mention that the chicken was old and overcooked and the cole slaw was spoiled! The Board of Health should definitely pay this restaurant a visit! It’s not even deserving of the one star rating I gave…will not go back!
