Love it and most definitely will return if in the area…Love the pull pork missing a pic with ribs(smoked too long not much meat) and brisket .Mac & cheese baked beans(soupy and need to use different Beans or cook them a little longer). Two orders of lemonade…didn’t care for sweet tea(over brewed). Cinnamon dots (balls) must order! Love love the sauce posted!!

Dinner this evening was very good and plenty of it. Waitress was very attentive and polite. Great job? Maybe because we came in from the rain, but the dining area was really cold. Other than that, no issues.

My first time eating Sonny’s and my first time hiring them to cater food for my family reunion BBQ event. The Food – amazing. The Service – amazing. The Atmosphere – amazing. Haven’t been to a Sonny’s in 5 years. Waited about 5 minutes for a hostess to come seat us even though it was not half full. Waitress seemed to be having a bad night. Just had a bad attitude and dismissive, thought I was at Denny’s. The food was excellent, except they had no brisket that night. All you can eat pork was a good price at $17 but after one serving, I was stuffed. Would come back again.

Absolutely horrible between the waitress if that’s what you want to call her. We were at our table no one helped us out with drinks or food. 3 different couples came at different times after us. They were helped and got drinks and there very large food order before we got anything 3 tables got everything before us we brought a friend of ours there because we told her how good your place is. We were so humiliated it was really terrible. Then the food oh boy what a mess. We couldn’t get the waitress to come by and take our money so we went to the cash register to pay they said we had to pay at the table. So back to the table we go. We threw the money on the table and left. We will never go there again.

The service was pretty terrible. Very slow and non apologetic. The queso didn’t include enough chips for the portion size and even when we ordered more chips they never came to the table. There were about 7-8 tables around us with the same problem. Poor service. The food was delicious and was served hot so that’s a plus. But we won’t go back. It wasn’t worth it.

The wait was a bit long. Overall a nice atmosphere with a bit of background noise. Very informal and everyone is welcome. BBQ is good and normally fast. Flavor is solid and very consistent across branches. Their redneck egg rolls are a MUST try! Use their provided ranch BBQ.

Came early, shortly after opening. Seated right away and and order taken quickly. Food was good. We had pulled pork platter and the rib platter. Bill over $35. Asked the server about using my $5.00 coupon that expired today and she said yes you can but a manager had to apply it and she was currently cooking because the chef didn’t come in. We sat almost 20 minutes and was told, sorry can’t use it. Last time I visit that location! Back to RedBug location. Excellent customer service there! EVERY TIME!!
