Went in tonight to grab a pizza. The fella working was out of control…. freaking out at everyone. Then apologizing for his high stress. Slamming doors. Trying to give customers less change than due because h had no dollar bills to use. the to top it off asked me and the 2 other people in the store why we were stressing them out by ordering pizza on cinco de mayo, and not putting that stress on a mexican restaurant. unreal. I get pizza her often. drive up from belle plaine for it. never again. customer lost. I was appalled by the things he was saying and doing. totally unacceptable behavior to direct at customers.

I go at least every night around 9 pm this has happened 3 times in a row already where we walk in and here employees complain talking smack about how customers don’t understand it’s closed Mind you this was at 9:10 pm the other time was somewhere around the same time where again they comment about how people keep walking in and the stores not even closed the store says it closes at 10 pm than today one of the same girls made a comment tonight I ordered a pizza online pick up time was 9:05 she didn’t see my fiancé walk in and wait for the pizza and she goes on to say “who orders pizza this late at 9 o’clock especially a breakfast pizza and who even orders a taco pizza” day shift lady’s are always so polite it’s the Night Shift workers.

I went into the store to just look around because I needed to pass some time, didn’t necessarily need anything. Ended up not finding anything I wanted and on the way out the rude old man stopped me and asked what they didn’t have for me, clearly accusing of me stealing. I work in retail, I knew exactly what he was doing. Super rude, being that I have lived in carver for many years and have shopped at this Casey’s many times before.

Love the crew and the hometown support. Casey’s now has rewards which have paid out more than SA, kwik trip, and all the others combined in cash or free items. Most importantly, they have the best priced and tasting soft serve ice cream around and now it’s available all year! Plus Maggie is my hero! 🙂

Overall a good Casey’s Steve, he never wears a mask and sings and whistles throughout the store. Literally things the cdc says not to do. He then asked if I wanted a bag and proceeded to lick his fingers 3 times while opening it. I don’t want your spit on my food normally much less during a pandemic. Once kwik trip opens I will be going there unfortunately.

This is one of the most poorly run Casey’s I’ve visited. I’m an Iowa native and this store isn’t living living up to the standards I’ve grown up expecting from the franchise. Undertrained staff and very very poor customer service. I love the pizza and the Casey’s brand, I just hope the higher ups do something about this location.
