First things first, I love cheese. Every order I have needs cheese, I was told to try out this place by my fellow associate, and I have seen Marco’s before but never stopped. I ordered the Big Cheese as well as a Cheezybread. I tried out the Bread first, and it was good! I like it anyway. But when I got to the Pizza, it caught me off guard, Best description I have is the cheese pizza from the Goofy Movie, there were giant strands of cheese coming off of every slice! All in All 10/10 in my book from this experience. Whoever made the Pizza, you did a bang up job! And to Andrew, (He was my driver). Great job delivering my order, I actually had to wait for my second slice of pizza because he got it to me so fast it was still piping hot!

We tried this because of a reward app. We were very happy with the food and service. We walked in, so we waited a bit, but it was Saturday night, so it was not surprising. The food was very tasty and there was a huge selection. The prices were very reasonable, especially since this is a very upscale side of town.

Absolutely horrible Customer Service. They burnt the pizza and forgot some of our order that was delivered. The “Manager” tells me I can come for it. Well, I had it delivered. Why not make it right? Than she tells me that there will be a $4.99 delivery charge. Nice. Bye.

Great delicous pizza set in the heart of Oro Valley with superb service and a spacious outdoor seating area. The $6.99 Medium Pizza came with complimentary garlic butter and didn’t hold back on any ingredients! Definitely will be going back

Kept seeing commercials for weeks and finally was in a place to give it a try. Should have gotten the manager’s name because he was so very helpful, patient and attentive. Lots of pizza for a reasonable price. Wonderful.

Visiting my grandson and grand daughter from Phoenix we came in for the 3rd time to this place. The gentleman with the nail polish and beard wouldn’t even get up to hand us our food a while back. He looked “very busy” whatever he was doing on his computer and headphones I’m assuming. He just handed us our sandwiches with one hand, rudely, and said nothing and they forgot the salad for my husband and we had to stop at Fry’s and buy him one, AGAIN! My grand daughter kept on asking why the pizza man was mad at me. Last time there was long jet black hairs in our food. Nobody wears hair nets there or hats. Times have changed I guess 🙁 My son, Gabe, said they’ve came into this location on weekends and the manager has screamed patron’s names at the top of his voice and slams all their equipment around. And he said their pizzas for the super bowl were 3 hours late and old. My other daughter in Mesa said they’ve never had these kinds of issues at their location. Something isn’t right at this Marcos. I told my kids and grand babies we are not going in there again.

Marco’s is really good pizza, served super quickly and cheerfully. Of course all pizza is best cold the next morning, but I especially like Marco’s day-old pizza. Something about the ingredients and texture just blending really well. I especially like the thick crust — always chewy but never doughy. Baked to perfection just the way I like it. One of my favorite things about the Marco’s pizza in Oro Valley is that the veggies, peppers, and garlic are always fresh and smell as good as they taste.

The reason I am giving this place one star is not because of the food (it’s really good pizza) but because the several times I have come here it’s always these rude kids working here and I say kids because that’s what they act like. They all look like they are in high school. They act like entitled spoiled brats that can’t problem solve or use common sense to fix simple problems. I had an issue today and instead of getting a manager or someone to help her she just took it upon herself to tell me that my coupon won’t work. Then just stares at me. Ok…. So first of all you explain why, and then you find a solution. Coupon was NOT expired, I read the fine print, and met the requirements so instead of getting someone to help her she’s just gonna take it upon herself to be rude and do whatever she wants. If you insist on hiring kids then please make sure you guys train them properly on how to treat customers with respect and if they do need help then a manager should be available to assist with any issues.
