Order a pizza and their 8 piece boneless chicken wings, got my order home and opened up the wings and they were crumbs! Just a few were the size that they advertised, the rest were crumbs! Took it back and the manager didn’t even care, I told her I wanted my money back and she wanted to give me store credit, like I would ever go back to that place ever again, I should of went to Alexandria Pizza Hut, this one in Elwood is the worst!! I will never be back to this place again!! And if anyone goes there check your order before you leave!

I ordered a big new Yorker with sausage and pepperoni and BBQ boneless wings. It was hot and delicious! The driver delivered promptly too. He was cordial and overall the service was great!!! Good job!!!

I was pleasantly surprised with the friendly and quick service I received on 7/23/21 at our local Pizza Hut. The staff was very friendly. Our pizza ready within 30 seconds of our arrival. It was fresh out of the oven and I was out of the door in no time, with a thank you from the staff. I would like to see that good, friendly service the next time I order; so I will reserve that highest rating for my future pick up! What a horrible experience I had tonight. 1.20.20 at 5 pm. The manager refused to give me her name. I was treated like a lying criminal. I have had mistakes on my order the past 3 times, never calling to complain. Finally tonight I call and the shift manager argues with me. I try to explain it (remaining calm) and she repeatedly put me on hold during me talking. Horrible customer service. It took us years to start ordering pizza here again, and after tonight, it will be years again. I can’t believe Pizza Hut allows their customers to be treated with such hostility with someone who was respectful and calm. I just wanted the right pizza.
