Customer service is always great. Manger is always stopping by each table to make sure everyone is happy. Tables are spread out and employees make sure customers are keeping distance between tables. I watched tables being sanitized as people left. Games are distanced apart. Food was delicious. Stuffed crust pizza is the way to go and I love their wings

Surprisingly clean this visit. The staff was friendly and it felt safe. The kids had a fun time. My kids are ages 3 to 11. It is a little pricey but they completely enjoyed themselves. We did not eat dinner there. Their pizza is expensive but there are coupons online. Great place to let the kids play while it is hot outside. My mom and I were able to visit with each other and the kids had a safe place to play. The bathrooms we’re a little messy but I guess that’s to be expected with so many kids.

Glad Chuck E. Cheese is still in business. It was always fun to come here, Celebration Station, the Fun Factory, or Laser Tag growing up, and the 3 later locations dont exist anymore.

They are unorganized and unprofessional. I wish I could rate negative 10. Oh and by the way keep your personal stuff near because they are thieves. One of the employees stole my daughter’s iphone. My little cousin turned in my daughter’s phone to one of the employees we went back for it they lied and said they didn’t have her phone. So hide your kids and hid your wife because the workers there will steal from kids I should’ve jus called the police

There were eay too many games broken for the amount of people that were in the Building at the time. These thing should be told to the customer’s before choosing which way they decide to set up the play cards. Because we chose the time option and waiting for kids to get off the remaining functional games wasted too much time. Not a Good Look or feel. Wasted money and time on this trip!!!!

It is overpriced. Maybe because I haven’t been there in years, I was very disappointed. Chuck E doesn’t give a real live show anymore, a lot of the games didn’t work, and the pricing for minutes for what you get is almost robbery. The pizza was very very good, I must say.

A great place to bring the kids for a fun contained in a safe, monitored electronic gaming fun environment.

Wish i could rate a zero stars . I will not ever be back !! The manager ( she’s white with braces & kind of heavyset ) is racist towards black people which is funny because most of y’all customers are black . She had the nastiest attitude ever . I spent 100 at this location just to be handled poorly !!! Please go somewhere that your money is appreciated. ( Dave and busters ) it’s way better or ( airborne trampoline park . The lady refused to give me her name because i told her i was reporting her .She kept scanning items that was 10 tickets for 100 to hurry up and get us out of her way faster . I kindly asked her about why she was doing that and her response was i have no reason to steal your tickets in the nastiest attitude ever then rolled her eyes . I said i just saw you improperly scan a few things and she denied it and said girl whatever . She lucky i had my kids with me . The next black couple who came behind us she didn’t even greet them and immediately asked them what you want . I never met a white girl so ghetto in my entire life !!!! The workers had better attitudes then the manager and that’s a shame !!! I’m pretty sure someone else will report her .A manager suppose to be professional at all times

The food was good. The gluten free pizza was better than some big chains. Was disappointed that many of the games were broken. The new system for tickets is kind of disappointing for kids – compared to when we were kids. Not as exciting. My kid didn’t know the old system, but she had been excited by ads. She enjoyed it, but also didn’t have her interest captured by much. Especially not great for smaller kids.
