Since Cracker Barrel next door closed, this Red Robin has become our go to restaurant to meet with family. The service is excellent with servers who are efficient and have a great sense of humor. The food is hot and delicious!! Everything always tastes fresh and there’s a good selection on the menu. We will be back!!

I just want to say our experience at the Red Robin today was one that make us not want to come back. The service was horrible we had to flag down our sever to order, to ask for refill on the bottomless fries and broccoli that we never along with refills on our ice tea. The excuse our server gave us was the fryers were slow and we are sorry. We never did get the fries or broccoli. Our server was very rude I won’t mention his name he avoided us like the plague when I asked 3 different times about our fries. There quick for a tip but not attending to the customer. I would love to get a response back from the manager. We spent $38.00 and it wasn’t worth it.

I honestly want this particular location to workout but I’ve tried this place five times throughout 2016 and I’ve just been left disappointed. The most deterring thing about the place is the poor customer interaction. I’ve both recieved and witnessed employees that both are angry toward coworkers and management but also just short, inflexible and contemptuous treatment of guests. The food is rarely upto the standards. We ordered two burgers tonight, well-done and the picture below is one of them. She could not finish her meal because of how raw it is. The salad had no dressing on it, nor did it come with any. The appetizers had only a few fried jalapeños and 2 pieces of fried zucchini for their “$7 dollar appetizers.

My husband and I had a great dinner this night our server was amazing refilled our drinks immediately right as they got low. The design of this Red Robin was a lot more unique and cooler than most also very clean. Not to mention we didnt have a long to sit because they let us go to the bar right away since we are of age.
