Awful service! Please realize you are serving the best customers in the world and if you can’t treat them that way, then get a job off post. Employee did not have a professional appearance, the lady taking orders at the front register was cleaning and had a bucket of dirty water she put next to people’s orders.

I have always been a huge fan of Arby’s but the last few times I’ve had it there have seemed to be more and more issues at this location. Last time my large curly fries was over half empty, this time sandwich appears to be WAY smaller than normal (the end of it has been cut off). What happened? Who got to eat the rest of my sandwich?

If you’re going to come to this Arby’s and use the drive-through don’t expect it to go quick even when there’s only two cars in front of you. Over 20 minutes of having to wait in line this time 21 April 2017, it has happened many times before this also.

Consistent errors in ordering. Every time I go here, they jack my order up. Today, I ordered double meat, yet there was less than what a standard sandwich comes with. They are usually fast, but it’s a get what you get type service.

The Arby’s is just fine but sometimes it takes a relatively long time to get your order. More than once I’ve been the only person in line but it still takes a good amount of time to get my food.

This is hands down the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. The employees are lazy and all they do is hide in the back while they type away on their phones. I came in a couple of days ago and was waiting a good 10 minutes at the register for someone to help me. It wasnt until I got close enough to look in the back that I noticed an employee just casually hanging out and texting out of view from the front registers. I came in again today just hoping that maybe it was just a one time thing but no, again I was left waiting for service while this time a different employee was hanging out back on her phone.
