After reading a sign on the glass of the pizza container which said to ask for someone to grab a slice for you at the register, i went to the register to pay. After doing so i was instructed to go back to just grab the pizza after waiting for 5 minutes to be rang up. Afterwards I had to wait 10 minutes for 7 people in line with ONLY ONE register open (for at least 10 people) even though i visually saw 3 people manning the storefront.

Casey’s in general is a great place. However, this Casey’s has the rudest staff ever! Both the employee and the Manager yelled at us, to the point that customers around us were astonished. Probably the worst customer experience of my entire life. In not a complainer, but this time I did. Its absolutely absurd what they did, as a former customer service employee I can’t imagine ever treating a customer like that! I would have been fired on the spot from my 2 year job has I ever yelled at a customer like that. Absolutely insane!

I’ve always been a big fan of Casey’s pizza. In Denver we don’t have Casey’s so when I had to travel I jumped on the chance. I walked in the store and these ladies were great (6/30/19) I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza. In no time did she make up and in the oven, 10-15 mins from walking in til her walking me out my hot pizza while I was washing my windows. Those girls made my weekend trip home to Emporia complete..
