They refused to take my order and wanted me to use the machine to place the order. I refuse to use a machine to order from. What happened to customer service. Then, while I’m waiting with my clients for their food, other customers come in, and they start taking their orders. This is the second time this has happened at this Taco bell, and the last time I will ever go to any Taco Bell store.

Ordered a usual meal, “crunchwrap supreme add potatoes”. I received a hard tortilla and hard tostoda in side with potatoes and meat and lots of red sauce, which doesn’t come inside. NOTHING ELSE no toppings or cheese sauce. Oh ya the forgot my taco too because they were shoving my food out the window with my card almost in the bag.

Lived in the area for many years and why we continue to go to this location is beyond me. Made an order online last night and as I walk in to pick it up I’m told that they are not selling one of my items ordered. I asked for a complete refund and was very rudely told “You have to do that on the App”. The girl left me standing there for several minutes before asking me if I would like to replace said item. I replaced the item and had to wait even longer. This does not surprise me as I said we have had issues with this store in particular over the years. I supposed I haven’t yet learned my lesson.

This location is horrible. A few weeks ago I went through the drive thru, waited 15 mins in line. No cars were moving so I decided to go inside and order. Turns out everyone was in the back (including manager) messing around with no headsets on. Only reason why I still ordered was because the girl was being friendly. I spent $30. As I am getting my drink I see roaches around the area where the drinks were. I was disgusted! When I got home I lost my appetite. My husband told me the chalupas were old and nasty. Horrible quality. I called to speak to the manager the next day she did not seem to care at all. I live near the area and from now on I will spend my money at Del Taco. This place had a roaches bear the drinking station
