I love Olive Garden and had not been to one in a couple of years. The waitress rushed us from the minute we arrived till we left. Didn’t understand that and wished she hadn’t. We were celebrating my sons birthday. Other than that food was good. It’s a new Olive Garden in this location.

Let’s start with the wait….. We waited 2:45 hours. Yes, hours.thats showing up at 5:20 p.m. Then we were finally seated, it was 49 minutes before I received my drink.The service was horrible. But, the food was good. I really think it’s a management problem. No one should ever have to wait that long to eat.

Like many of my others, it’s mixed. The wait time was terrible. Wife put our name on the wait list at about 520. Took close to 45 min. Ok it was a party of 7 but a little long. It appears as though they only have 6 person booths. Got our drinks and ordered food. Another 45 min goes by, and finally, 4 plates arrive. Server goes back to get others about 10 min later the manager comes over to apologize. One of the dishes was burnt and had to be redone. Plates arrive and we were able to finish together. 2 meals were comped. Thank you OG. That definitely helped the review and experience.

New restaurant in Ashland, Ky. Located in the Town Center. This is in the same location where Kentucky Cafe was. You can enter from the inside or outside of the mall. The interior is very nice, super clean, and updated. We were there during lunch (12pm) We ordered from the lunch menu. The portion sizes were great and filling. The salad and bread sticks are always on point. We had spaghetti with meat sauce, another with meatballs and a couple of chicken fettuccine alfredo. Ordered calamari for an appetizer, and it was delicious. The breading on the calamari was the best part.

We went to dinner at Olive Garden yesterday and I told my fiancé on the way since they were newer they hadn’t been my favorite but it was still okay. Last night our server was amazing. He was so friendly and personable, he made sure we always had refills and our food came out fresh and so delicious. We also had an interaction with the manager who was super nice and another server who stopped by and talked to us about her travels and different food experiences. Food and service were great but it was so nice to have genuinely nice interactions with staff that wasn’t forced as part of the job.

5 stars all around. Best Italian food I’ve ever had especially the Alfredo sauce is amazing. Friendly staff with an impeccable knowledge of the menu. Even the management goes around making sure guests are having a wonderful dining experience. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Keep up the amazing service.

I have gone to this location 3 times since it’s opening a few months ago. The first time I went the service was amazing and it was my first time at an olive garden and the food was ok. I went again last night to wait 20 min on a mixed drink that sat at the bar the whole time less than 5 ft away. To say it was watered down is nice. No bread sticks. Kids pizza burned. No sauce for kids chicken fingers. 4 grapes as a side. This place is a rip off. Go buy a stoffers and chill at home. $100 for dog food is what I was given

Good experiences with carryout services at this location. The folks working the to-go desk are super friendly and my order is meticulously packed and always correct. Lots of attention to detail with to-go orders it seems. I think the lunch specials are the most bang for your buck here, and I like to take advantage of the buy one take one offer so I can get a bonus lunch for the next day. The food is average in the best way possible but you come to expect that with this chain. Thanks, OG, we are glad to have you in Ashland.

Fantastic experience! We ate at the location in Lexington, Ky years ago. It was disgusting. Almost passed on this location because of it. I’m so glad we didn’t. The food is absolutely delicious. The servers actually seem like they like being there. They are so friendly, attentive, warm, and welcoming. Great place. We will definitely be back.
