This place has absolutely terrible service they don’t listen and give little to no meat more rice than anything my mom on two accounts went seen a person walking out for messing the order up they didn’t want guac they gave him guac anyway and when he said hey I don’t want guac the server proceeded to remove guac with there gloved hands knowing the residue would still be on it so the guy said hey forget it and walked out instead of the server starting it over what if he was allergic to that and just didn’t want any residue of any guac on his order there is a reason he said no guac not even a smear. My mom came with a paper cause she wanted to go for us and we wrote exactly what the bowls had one order had all the sides separated to eat later on and even my mom verbally proceeded to say hey one of the orders all the sides will be separated and the guy server had an attitude and didn’t do it. It was only two orders not complex at all. My mom showed him the paper again and he said to get the paper out of his face and putt little to no meat on the other with a huge amount of rice and lettuce my mom said forget the order and left. Terrible customer service will never go to this location again even though I live around the block could’ve had a consistent customer. I would not recommend this location at all. Someone needs to get to firing and fix something there. It was only two orders in questioning the mental capacity of the workers here how are they being trained someone needs to step in cause they doing bad over here. Again will never be going here and advising others as-well. I wanted to give this no stars but wouldn’t be able to post this.

I never write reviews but this place is horrible. Service is terrible. The whole staff had an attitude like I did something to them. I don’t understand how they can mess up a national chain with the exact same recipes. I would give it negative 10 stars if I could.

Management needs to change because how many times must things go wrong for this chain to improve. If it’s not one thing, it’s another. I’ve ordered from this place multiple times and it always comes with disappointment. No guacamole last night and my steak was EXTREMELY cold. You would have thought they left it outside in the 35° weather. Steak was also mushy. Other times they won’t have the usual lettuce, they would have the mixed lettuce and never in my life have I had mixed lettuce from a chipotle!! I always have to beg for bigger portions as I don’t eat rice and always order a salad bowl but they serve me as if I am a 1 year old. To pay for a bowl that is $10+ and receive perhaps $4 worth of food is insane. They always seem to run out of something which in other chains I see they will replace it and if anything they will let you know the time frame it would take to replace it… but here, they just won’t replace it! Needless to say, if I have the opportunity to spare time, I almost always prefer to go to the Fordham Road location.

Horrible customer service 60 percent of time only take cards. Lie about not excepting cash, bad character people -with a nice persons appearance. The location has improved in the last 3 weeks. Post signs saying no cash an erase the date on the bottom like it was from a previous day

I use the mobile app so I don’t have to wait on lines. I go there they say not ready. I wait 15 minutes and finally someone takes a bag off the high counter on the back and says is this yours. It was ready before I even got there. Horrible service.

Never had any issues with food temp, nor taste. Place is NOT DIRTY as someone else said. I frequent this locale a lot. Homeless people are outside everywhere you go in NYC…NOT INSIDE CHIPOTLE. Besides if you see them WHY NOT BUY THEM SOME FOOD instead of complaining…God bless!

Hi, I’ll give the store some grace: I’ll only give it a 3 star rating. My bowl was messed up today, and yeah ofc fast food can’t get things right all the time, but when I pay for double steak; there’s 0 steak in the bowl; I’m currently bulking; AND it’s night time, I have little alternative options and need an outlet to voice my disappointment. At least I got my extra rice…but the rice tastes too salty haha. Honestly, because I’m not a regular customer, I don’t want one bad experience to cloud my view, and that’s the only reason it’s not lower than 3

Disgusting…the steak tasted like rubber like it was old .The ice machine was broke with no ice .All the drinks were weak and tasted off and were room temp .I went against my instincts had to go back to the restaurant to get a refund .It tasted horrible .I love Chipotle use to eat it at least once a week on my lunch at work .This one is in my neighborhood I will never eat at any Chipotle again it was that bad . I have to wait 3 days for my refund Smh .Don’t go to this location I waited all day to eat it’s Ramadan .I broke fast to get my appetite spoiled .Tables were not clean either .

Went in around 8:40pm tonight and the employee on line was so sweet! Not sure what his name was but he was tall with braces and said he’s studying education. He asked my how my day was going and we talked about school while I placed my order. I used to work at a chipotle in Pittsburgh so I know how tough the job can be, especially when they’re out of things like they were today, but he was still very kind regardless. The cashier was also very sweet too, she was doing a bunch of stuff and still was very attentive.
