I had ordered 2 Bean Cheese & Rice burritos, with NO onions. Before I pulled out of the parking lot, I checked to make sure, and not only was the word “onion” written on them, but they were filled with onions. So I just went back through the drive thru, and told the girl in the speaker that my burritos were wrong, and told her what I had ordered, and with the BIGGEST attitude she responded, “uh, no, I’m the one who made your burritos and I didn’t put onion on them.” So I drove up to the window, willing to show her my burritos, where she ignored me and walked away!!!!

I contacted Uber Eats Support they were not helpful at all and this not the first time they messed up my order and got a nerve to say my order isn’t eligible for a refund if it wasn’t the wrong drink it’s either the food are they forget something in my order this is ridiculous never again

I give it 4 stars because the food is really good, but the service sucks. Lady had me waiting at the register to order for 5min. She saw me while she was working drive thru and looking at the kiosk as if I’m supposed to use it to order. There is no personal service in using a kiosk and I won’t use kiosk to help eliminate jobs for humans. When she did take my order, she is rushing me bc she is the only one back there. She’s giving me the total before I’m even done. SERVICE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT and the floors need cleaned.

Our main issue with this location is we can’t order on the app and get order through drive thru. I have to get both kids out of the car to go inside to get the food. It makes no sense and is very frustrating. The sign they have even says you can during certain hours but yet we still are told to go inside.

Workers are lazy af. Tried to make two separate orders at drive thru which IS possible but the girl lied and said they can’t do it and that her manager was telling her she couldn’t do it. Every other taco bell and fast food place can take separate orders, and they have for years and years. The excuse of “I can’t” is a lie because the girl just didn’t wanna do it. Get a new drive thru worker and teach your employees how to take separate orders. I’ve worked in fast food and it’s not hard to figure out.

Stood at the counter for about 15 minutes before they took our order, even though they looked directly at us multiple times. Then took them about 15 more minutes to make the few things we ordered. Wasted my husband’s break and he didn’t even get to eat before going back to work. Ridiculous.

This Taco Bell location is very well operated, and has a friendly management and staff. Employees follow safe and sanitary food practices, and have a great attitude about guests. I try to cheer them up even when they are in a good mood. The management and staff deserve the recognition in this review because I recognize their initiative to achieve superior operating standards. Notice the CLEAN self serve drink station. The dining room looks nice with the recent renovation.
