First time ordering at this location. Everything was made perfectly! I had chicken tacos, the meat was seasoned so well. I also ordered a veggie quesadilla that did not disappoint! I love that I can order through the app and my food is ready for pickup once I arrive. Everyone was very helpful and the restrooms are nice and clean.

I have given this location several chances, but after tonight, I won’t be going back. It took 40 minutes for 2 burritos, 2 bowls, 3 tacos, and one quesadilla to be made. This amount of food should have been made in roughly 10 minutes. One of the customers in front of me was left at the counter with her food for so long without any of the employees cashing her out, that she left without her food. The staff didn’t even notice until another customer brought it to their attention. Sandra, the shift manager, was ineffective, disrespectful, and absolutely void of any customer service skills. Additionally, nearly half the food was empty or nearly empty and tasted cold and as though it had been out a long time. Another employee there was moving so slowly I thought he might be under the influence. All around a terrible experience. No redeeming qualities about this location. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I ordered a Barbacoa burrito bowl with brown rice, fresh tomato salsa, sour cream, cheese, Queso and some Quacamole. I don’t know what this that I received but, the order was all wrong. I can’t understand why it is so hard to get a simple order right. The rice kernels were as if the rice had not been fully cooked. I’m done with Chipotle, it’s been one disappointing meal after another!!!

Give it another chance! I gave them a few when they first opened and it was really bad just like the reviews say. I don’t know what changes they made, but this chipotle is great now! I’m so excited every time I get food from here. They never mess up my order and it’s never dripping through the bag anymore.

Everytime we come to this Chipotle we hope it’s going to get better but never does. The employees always look and act like they hate their jobs. They never have all the ingredients we want and the quality of food is also much worse than any other chipotle I have been too.

Bad guacamole with something weird in it! Cold dip. Cold chips and my husbands carnitas were all fat.. Worse chipotle I have ever eaten from. I mean it’s brand new ♀️ Was so excited for it too 🙁 tried to report to door-dash to no avail!
